Located in a nondescript office building on Iowa, this spa is a great find! Once you pull open the door, the sense of tranquility immediately hits you. Services are done on reservation only but they have a great website that makes it easy to schedule exactly what you want. Lara, the owner, is the person to see for a facial and came highly recommended by my friends. The service rooms are quiet, and if you go, you have to check out the restroom as the toilet truly earns the moniker "The Throne". The facilities are well designed, clean, soothing, and luxurious the staff are always going above and beyond in customer service, down to customizing the scent of the room. This was the absolute best spa experience I've ever had, hands down. I've lived in Houston, Denver, and Oklahoma City and haven't found a spa that offers better customer service or gives a better individualized experience than Sensora. I went in for a spray tan for a wedding and for being such a small service, they offered me all the spa amenities available to anyone. They made sure I had a flawless tan (the owner even touched me up where she thought I'd need it before I left), and she gave me her personal cell phone number as she was willing to open early the day of the wedding for touch ups or a re-spray. I went to Sensora spa for the first time today after a hectic week. I ordered the Full Body Herbology Treatment, and Laura was my practitioner. The spa is absolutely gorgeous with a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Every detail seemed to be geared toward client comfort. The music was lovely in the room, and there wave sounds and twinkling little lights on the ceiling. They were so relaxing to look at. The treatment itself was fantastic. Laura did an amazing job. I've had several and have never been completely satisfied even though a massage is hard to complain about. I went this morning with my friend, Mary Kalous, for the first facial I've ever had. I did not know what to expect. From the outside the building does not look like the relaxing and refreshing spa that is inside. I was leery as we pulled up but I trust my friend and she had already been to the spa so I knew it would be a good experience and it certainly was! We both got the 35 minute mini facial that included a facial cleansing mask, steam treatment and a neck and shoulder massage. The atmosphere was tranquil and inspiring of relaxation. There was quiet music playing and above me on the ceiling was a circular inset of twinkling lights that were enjoyable to look at during the session. Our licensed esthetician was Dani Raimer and she was professional, polite and very knowledgeable about the services and products offered. I recieved a prenatal massage from Olivia when I was 36 weeks pregnant and it was absolutely amazing! This was my first massage and Olivia went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and informed the entire massage. Leaving my massage on Friday December 18th Olivia mentioned to me by the placement in my back, that her educated guess was that I was probably going to go into labor early... and her guess was Christmas ... well I had a Christmas Eve baby! I had no signs that I knew of so it was pretty crazy! I would recommend getting a massage from Olivia to anyone and everyone especially if you thinking of getting a prenatal massage. You can't find a more perfect masseuse! The spa is well taken care of and very clean and the employees go our of their way to make sure you are relaxed have a great experience.
