Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an attorney. Started a probate case with her about a year ago. A few months into the case, she stops responding and randomly says she's stopping her legal practice (but she will finish our case). After that, she barely shows up to court and still does not return calls, texts, or emails. It's now to the point where the property is in distress and she is nowhere to be found. She has helped us through the process for going back and forth with the sellers lawyers to see if any liens or anything that will hold the new property we are currently closing on would effect us moving forward. The process has been smooth ,and the communication has been so effective. She has been patient and even after giving birth to her daughter Riley, she came with us to the closing yesterday to sign some papers and came back afterwards to clear one document. Even though she is on maternity leave, she took the time to help us despite being having only person on her team being busy. I really recommend people to look into April Senter's services for real estate attorney and legal work. My husband and I decided in 2019 to finally get our Will and Estate Plan together. We scheduled an appointment with this firm in early February. We showed up for our 1:30 meeting only to find the building closed! We tried calling and waited for 20 minutes, no one showed up nor called us back. I thought we would receive an apology call the next day....NOT! So we called them in the afternoon to find out what happened. We were basically told something came up. Against my better judgment​, we scheduled another appointment​ for 3/2/19 @ 11:00. I had my husband call the day before to confirm because​ I didn't want a repeat of what happened in February. They changed our appointment​ to 11:30. (Had he not called, we would have shown​ up at 11:00). Today we arrived exactly at 11:30 for our appointment- guess what? ....You guessed it, they were a no show again! Needless to say, I was HOT! I called, she apologized and said she would be there in ten minutes. I agreed to wait and left. I know it's petty but I wanted HER to show up and find us NOT waiting- just as were subjected to TWICE! They do not get a third chance, attorneys come a dime a dozen. read more
