We were met by Joann the sales person/ customer service lady. She showed some necklaces and bracelets to my wife. My wife chose a nice claddagh necklace which she chose. I was looking to add a pendant to my existing saint florian necklace, looking for a claddagh pendant. The sales woman had none but she asked if I would wait a minute bc she had an idea. She took a men's claddagh ring into the jeweler along with my saint florian pendant. A few minutes went by and she came out with an idea from the jeweler. The jeweler handmade a claddagh pendant from the men's 9k gold ring to match my Saint florian and bc we were on such a tight schedule. He was able to make it in 1-1/2 hours and my wife bought the matching women's claddagh ring and had it resized. In summary, the staff, jeweler and the merchandise were amazing and at an excellent price.

I was visiting Ireland from the United States, and purchased a charm and a necklace from her store. On the way home, the jewelry was stolen from my luggage. I was very sad to lose it so hunted down the store on the internet and wrote them an email to purchase the items again. Not only did she get back to me immediately and remember me, she offered to give me the items at cost to make up for them being stolen. She even shipped them to me for a minimal price. AMAZING!!! Last week I've read some pretty negative reviews about Honan's, and since I was going into town to…read morerenew my D/L I thought I'd take the misses with me and find out for myself. Afterall I do appreciate good customer service values. I'm American. ;) We base our pride upon that!! Anyway, while touring the very clean and well organized shop of the very old past, my wife and I wanted to have a small chat with Catherine. Very pleasant woman! :) Easy to talk too, and answered all our questions in ref: to some of the items we were in question of. Will we go back to Honan's again? In a heartbeat!
