If you've run out of kimchi and cannot wait the 72+ hrs for the new batch you've just made to ferment, go here!
This kimchi factory is situated beside the water, overlooking Vasastan. I use the term factory loosely as it is all handmade by a lovely Korean woman. To the left is the kimchi factory where everything is made. The right side is the storefront and contains a wall of Korean goodies as well as the kimchi display. There are only two tables as the shop is quite small. If you are lucky, you'll find room. Otherwise, take-away is good. If the weather is nice, there are loads of places to have a picnic.
Lunch menu changes, but I have found bibimbap to always be available. Tofu is available for vegetarians! Try the variety of kimchi available. You're bound to find one you love! I love the radish kimchi best. It is super good with fried chicken. I recommend this place for some comfort food that is healthy. read more
