    Wagyu tour
    Jimmie P.

This spot is spectacular. There's lots of space and the staff is friendly, well knowledgeable. All the sides are delicious. If you're in the mood to go all in on the main course: Wagyu tour (well done chef, good choice and presentation, you will not be disappointed) Special Sides: roast mushrooms and Brussels sprouts Ben W is the man. He not only explained the options in details, ensured the meat section was cooked to perfection and provided equal portions to all parties. To top it off the cheesecake might be the one of best I've ever had. Words cannot explain it, you got to try it to truly understand.

Best KBBQ place we've been to in the DMV. This is not an AYCE place. The meats are high quality and delicious! We opted for the Prime Tour (middle option). Each tour comes with banchan (Korean sided like kimchi), white rice, scallion salad, and a special side - each person gets to pick their own. I selected the triple corn cheese, others got the mushrooms and the beef/soybean stew. My wife lived in Korea for two years and she said the scallion salad and the soybean stew were the closest to the real thing she's had in the area. She was very impressed. Our server was amazing. I wish I remembered her name. So friendly and kept up with us. The place is a bit dark. The bathrooms especially are dark but the vibe is good. Again this is a nicer place not an Iron Age deal. We will definitely be back, hopefully with a bigger group!!

This is a higher-end Korean BBQ place to go to when craving some good meat. Food - Good, the Seoul steak tour was good. The sauces are nothing special, personally just preferred seasoning with salt. Service - Good, reservation seems unnecessary unless you come in during an extremely busy time. Parking - There's a parking lot across the street from it Overall, this place is good.

Our "Food Tour" was great. Our server explained what each dish was, he let us know what he was doing before he did it, and kept us involved with the process, as opposed to to just watching him. The venue itself is nice, would love to Come back and try the happy hour food/drinks (only available at the bar)

We were in town to celebrate my brother's bachelor party and I have to say we definitely will be back for the vibe, service, and incredible cuisine. First off, our server Andrew provided the best service I've ever had at a restaurant. He walked us through the menu beautifully, giving personal recommendations, and grilling the cuts perfectly. With our group of 4, we all experienced the Seoul Steak Tour and Old Fashioned Flight. Every single item was delicious, including the sides and all the accompaniments (my favorite was the pickled radish). The marinated rib finger is a must have for me. We finished with the sorbet of the day and a complementary slice of the strawberry creme brûlée cheesecake. Again, I'd like to reiterate that everything we had was amazing but the entire service was elevated by Andrew, our exceptional server.

Food and decor here are excellent. Our server Courtney was superb --friendly and professional! Great service. Love their seafood pancakes, soybean brisket stew, quality meats, good side dishes. Mocktails are simply excellent !!

Sister restaurant to Honest Grill, the decor is very similar as is their menu offering. This is the more upscale version compared to Honest Grill. We ordered the Prime Steak tour which was $75 a person. This included Banchan, Scallion Salad, a choice of one side item per person and ice cream. The meat selection was: Dry Aged Ribeye, Dry Aged Ribeye Cap, Prime Short Rib and Marinated Prime Galbi. My favorite was Dry Aged Ribeye and Ribeye Cap. Very tender and juicy and cooked medium rare. The short rib was good but was disappointed with the marinated prime galbi- it was too tough and chewy. The kimchi pork stew and soybean brisket soups was so good, one of the best ones. The service was just outstanding! I highly recommend the Prime steak tour. The 4% Fairfax county food tax sucks, so you are paying 10% tax when you dine here, so that makes the Prime Steak tour price to $82.50 per person.

Came here on a whim and found out Seoul Prime extended their Restaurant Week! Immediately walking in, I noticed the sleek and upscale space with low, warm lighting. The wine bottles lined up as decor adds a nice touch. For our first time here, we chose the Prime Steak Tour option: Seoul Prime Beef Tartare 7/10 - Prime NY strip with sesame, Korean pear, egg yolk, pickled Fresno, and shallots Seafood Chive Pancakes 9/10 - great appetizer choice, you can taste the chunks of shrimp and cuttlefish Roasted Wild Mushroom 10/10 - roasted with whiskey barrel aged soy and sesame seed - can taste the umami from the soy sauce and mushrooms Soybean Brisket Stew - unrated as I didn't taste Meat 9/10 - In order served: dry aged ribeye, dry aged ribeye cap, prime short rib, and marinated galbi - my favorite was the prime short rib - it was soo tender but all the meats were quality - All you need is a dash of salt Crème Brûlée Cheesecake 8/10 - the first bite was creamy, cold, and delicious! - I'm not a cheesecake fan but this one's an exception! Sesame Yuja Tart 6/10 - I prefer the Crème Brûlée, but this is a nice choice if you like a more bright dessert Shoutout to Ben for grilling perfectly, giving us great recommendations and providing attentive service! He was kind to ask if we wanted to take the bone home if we had a dog and our (my friend's) dog looooved it! (Give Ben a raise too!)

This experience was amazing! Te food was absolutely amazing. We had questions and Ben W had answers. Ben made this a very amusing dinner. He suggestions were great all the way to the wine. We ended up with the Wagyu Streak Tour. The best was cooked to perfection, light and buttery with a dash of dipping salt and you will be amazed. We enjoyed being Ben. W. 1st Wine Bottle Opening.... . Seoul Prime was everything we expected it to be and more. Thank you Ben. W and team for a deliciously magnificent night. Wait there's more... the crème brûlée cheese cake is enough to make you return over and over

You have got to try this place! They provide an elevated Korean BBQ experience. From the decor to the food and service, everything was amazing. The wait staff is very attentive. They explain the menu well. They have kids options, which is a huge plus. The drinks were delicious - to include the menu of mocktails for the kids or those who don't drink. Everything was priced reasonably. The atmosphere was nice, quiet, and elegant. They offer a weekend sort of pre fixe menu for both kids and adults. All the banchan side dishes were delicious. We tried both the bulgogi and kalbi. I liked the bulgogi better. My kids preferred the kalbi. The kimchi jjiage was good, as well as the corn cheese. Overall a 10/10

This was a whole new experience! I've been to many different Korean BBQs in the area and this was by far the most sophisticated experience I had. We decided to go for the prime stake tour since we wanted to eat Galbi which they did not have in the cheapest option. All of the options come with the Korean small dishes (Banchan), scallion salad, side dish of your choice and a dessert sorbet. Scallion salad was pretty good and I really enjoyed my side dish which I went for the soybean brisket stew. Banchan was nothing special to me as compared to other Korean restaurants. The service was really nice as others mentioned in their reviews. They really did a great job cooking the meat right. Dry aged ribeye was probably my favorite out of all 4 meats and it was so tender and delicious! I liked eating with a sprinkle of Maldon salt and it tasted sooo good! I was getting so full by the fourth meat and it is just my preference but the prime short rib was a little too heavy for my stomach that I could only eat very tiny slices. We were celebrating our anniversary and we had a complementary cheesecake which was really nice! I wish I could eat more because this cheesecake was absolutely delicious! Couple other things I wanted to note: -Unlike other Korean BBQ places, I came home without my hair smelling like a heavy smoke! LOL Maybe they use a special equipment? Thought it was very nice! -I was happy that I was able to bring my leftover stew back home. I guess I'm so used to the AYCE Korean BBQ, and they typically don't let you bring back food, so yay! -They have a garage parking next door, so it's very convenient and I appreciate that they validate for 2 hours.

Upscale Korean bbq with really good quality meat. We came here for a birthday dinner and enjoyed this special fancy Korean barbecue experience. Our sever was very friendly and attentive. We learned that Seoul Prime is the sister restaurant of Honest Grill in Centreville. They feel extremely similar. The inside looks almost identical at both places. My family and I agreed that we liked Seoul prime more than honest grill but couldn't pinpoint exactly why. Anyway if you're looking for a high end kbbq experience I would recommend checking out Seoul prime.

Outstanding service, excellent quality meats and ingredients, in an upscale steakhouse-feel environment. Seoul Prime is a great date night spot if you're looking to splurge a bit. The menu can be broken down into two parts: a la carte or the tours. A la carte being ordering individual steak cuts or Korean dishes, and the tours being their main selling point of Korean BBQ-style meats. Since it was my first time here I opted to do the prime tour (and because it included galbi). Each person at the table has to participate in the same tour if one person orders the tour at all. Each person also gets to select a side, and my table opted for the garlic lemon asparagus and the roasted wild mushrooms. The meats were great quality and cooked to the right requested temperature table side. The standout meats on the prime tour were the marinated galbi and the prime shortrib surprisingly despite also have two dry aged meats. The side of garlic lemon asparagus was a bit of a let down. They were cooked properly, but they didn't have much flavor; no lemon or garlic to be noticed. The wild mushrooms on the other hand were amazing! I'll go back just to get those again. Overall, it's a little pricey and catering towards a certain type of clientele (e.g., they have VIP wine lockers you can reserve and get your own nameplate for). If you want casual Korean BBQ, this is not the place. If you want something a little more upscale with an American steakhouse, then this fits that niche.

Clean restrooms and tons of indoor seating. Loved their sauce bar- Alabama, Kansas City, Carolina style to make all the different bbq lovers happy. I agree with the sentiment of wishing they had combo plates as one sausage was like 6 bucks which is wild. Foodwise - tried the coleslaw, mac and cheese, jalapeno cheddar sausage, and the pulled pork. Best thing hands down was the mac and cheese - creamy but with great flavor and a great cheese ratio. Coleslaw was so so- good but some wilted pieces and was a bit thrown by the pickle pieces (though I love pickles). Jalapeno cheddar sausage was good but in my opinion, a bit overpriced for just one sausage. Lastly - the pulled pork. While not bad quality meat, the aftertaste was a bit off putting and I think the chips they may use in their smoker are just not my vibe. With the sauces, you didn't notice it as much but just on generic taste, not my favorite pulled pork in the area. Cornbread and butter were great - no complaints there. Overall solid spot- I'd come back for sausage, maybe try the brisket, but will definitely get some mac and cheese again.

1 Star is too much -- Very disappointing experience…read more We were really excited to try this restaurant because we were hoping for an authentic Argentinian dining experience. Unfortunately, it was nothing like what we expected, and the food was extremely disappointing. Then I found out the owner is Bolivian not even Argentinian. The chimichurri was red and had a very different taste than what we expected. The green hot sauce was basically like eating raw jalapeño--extremely overpowering. The mashed potatoes were watery and very salty, and the broccoli was literally sitting in so much water that almost half of the bowl was full of it. The rice tasted like microwave rice, and the French fries were just ordinary fries. The biggest disappointment was the meat. It was extremely fatty, chewy, and had almost no flavor. The chicken was overcooked and tasted like leftovers that had been reheated. For an Argentinian restaurant, the quality and preparation of the meat should be one of the highlights, but unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. Honestly, we could barely eat our food and ended up leaving most of it. What made the experience even worse was that, despite barely being able to eat the food, we were still charged half of the meal. The total bill was over $85, and that included $5 for a small cup of what tasted like microwave rice. Just in case the food looks half-empty in the pictures, we did put some of the food onto our plates to try it. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat it, so that's why some of the containers look partially empty. As someone who was genuinely looking forward to trying Argentinian food, this experience was incredibly disappointing. In my opinion, this restaurant does not represent the quality or flavors that people expect from Argentinian cuisine. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant, and I would not return.
