What I really appreciated about the owner (believe her name is Tamika Gibson) is she texted me asking me questions for my unit! That let me know, she cared to make sure my unit fit right. I'd never measured my head before just assumed I had a big ass head LOL. She was really nice about it (because I even questioned like why do I need to measure my head and the unit has bangs) and she walked me through how. Was really above and beyond of her. She could have had me out in these streets with a sliding wig! When I received the unit, I wasn't thrilled. I purchased a 70s inspired Curly 14' Bob with bangs. The curls are like big spiral curls.. Very Rick James'ish (LOL but cute. You get it). The curls were dry, and looked like the tracks put in the unit were of hair that had been used previously. they were that poofy and pulled out. The unit had a horrible smell to it. Like bleach and hot mold. I was really bummed out. I had to give the unit a warm and cold wash.. Conditioned the unit overnight.. TBH as soon as I wet the unit and started to treat it, the hair came to life! The curls are actually gorgeous!! And they snap right back after a wash. I didn't even need to comb the unit , as soon as I started washing the hair it automatically de tangled. So granted I didnt receive my unit in the best of conditions and had to do some work to it. The hair itself is really good quality hair and contrary to the Better Business reports on this business the owner was really kind and professional to me.

If only I had been able to start there! The staff was so friendly and helpful, that I almost wanted to buy new wheelchairs! They ordered the parts the same day I visited and gave me the date they would be ready. Not only did they do an exceptional job on the repairs, but the wheelchairs were ready a day earlier than promised. That was better than I could have hoped for because of a tight schedule. I think it would have made smart business sense to notify those customers in advance who were scheduled to pick up equipment that day. Very unprofessional. I called back on Monday, explaining my daughter couldn't pick up the wheelchair today due to knee replacement surgery. Her husband couldn't pick it up because he was working and my granddaughter couldn't pick it up because she was at school doing pre-graduation activities. Family and friends flying in from all over and all we asked was to pick up the wheelchair last Friday. After speaking to an employee there, who apologized and made excuses about being short staffed, I asked if it could be delivered. I was told that it could, with the normal delivery charge of $50 being reduced to $25 because of the hassle. That being said, since the chair was only $20 to rent, it still felt insulting. So my granddaughter left school to get the wheelchair for her Mom to attend her graduation tomorrow, and she was treated rudely by them when she arrived. Very unprofessional group of people.
