Wanted to buy himself a chain with the money he saved up and wanted to do it himself. I stayed on the phone with him while he did. The jewelry woman was so incredibly rude towards him, that I actually thought it was a joke. She dismissed his questions, audibly huffing at him, belittling him, embarrassing him and then preceded to tell him he was being rude! He explained that was not his intention and that he just didn't understand the process. At this point, the floor manager comes over and instead of seeing what the problem might have been, she too started verbally attacked my son!! (AGAIIN, ALL THIS IS WHILE I'M ON THE PHONE LISTENING IN!!) I can't even believe this happened! My poor son left in tears without a chain. But, unfortunately they got rid of 99.9 percent of the products I used to buy in bulk from them. Mainly, Framesi would be my biggest complaint. But, I still buy my buckets of bleach and developer from them because my hair which is platinum blonde only does well with one specific type of bleach. Considering that- I probably have gone to this location three or four times since moving to the area- The one I went to for 10 years or so before moving is in Woburn. I decided to write the review because I get sales calls from this location on my personal cell phone. I find it to be completely unacceptable. I have been going to these stores for such a long time and never received one sales call until I started going to this one. Last call I got last week was for Olaplex. I hate Olaplex. I have a job that requires me to answer my phone 24/7 ( I no longer work in a salon/ I still am licensed) I do not need to have nonsense calls from places that have my number for identification purposes not for sales. There should have been an email blast or something asking if it was okay or if the customer wanted to opt in for this.Unless someone is a salon owner I don't now why anyone would like this tactic.
