The job they did to try to fix their mistake was poor at best and we are going to have to spend more money to try to fix their poor workmanship. I am glad some people had a better experience with this company that we did but after spending $30,000 with them, we still don't have the job they promised. My advice is do not use this company but if you do, get a contract in writing so you will have a recourse if your job turns out like ours did.

They completed the service which we are hoping helps our moisture issue but we paid double the quote of H2O hoping for high quality results. Felix installed my driveway last year. There were issues from the start. He did not have enough…read morehelp. One helper for the prep work and 3 helpers( 1 had zero experience) for 25 yards of concrete. Did not compact the base. The results reflected the poor preparation and lack of sufficient help. I contacted Felix 3 weeks after the install regarding the defects. Initially he tried to blame the "mix" , but admitted the workmanship issues when I finally was able to have him come look at the driveway. He assured me that if the driveway progressively deteriorated he would return and correct the defects. I recorded our conversation. I contacted him -sent him photos-he does not want to know me--his word is worth nothing. He now tells me that I only had a one year warranty(1st time hearing that) despite the fact that I had him return within 3 weeks of installation and he witnessed and admitted there were installation issues--spalling--dimpling--wire coming through the surface--60 linear feet of cracks---HIRING FELIX IS A COMPLETE ROLL OF THE DICE****BUYER BEWARE*****

I tried to get other fence companies to do the job but our area is having a building boom right now. If this guy was busy he certainly could let me know that and show up when he made an appointment with me. Do yourself a favor and find ANYONE else to put your fence in!!!!!
