IF YOU ARE FROM UP NORTH AND ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD COMPARABLE PIZZA THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. It's no secret that the pizza sucks down here. Every recommendation I've received from locals or people down here in general has been dissapointing to say the least. My only disappointment involving Serafinos is the fact that this place has a less than 4 star rating. Thats rediculous. If it wasn't for all of the false 1 star ratings by crazy people I wouldn't have had to suffer for the past 2 years, endlessly searching for good pizza to no avail. So after reading the reviews and wanting to try a place we hadn't been before, we chose Serafino's. Walking in from a 95° day into an 85° restaurant should have been our 1st clue how this was go. No liquor license. (Strike 2) We had a coupon for "1 free menu item with the purchase of a menu item of equal or greater value. Up to $9.99 value". We were told that because both the pizzas we ordered were more than $9.99 ($17.45 each for 16") we could not use the coupon.(Strike 3) Now for the pizza we ordered 1/2 bacon 1/2 sausage and a pepperoni and sausage. The bacon was almost all fat and barely cooked. The sausage was thinly sliced and look like pepperoni and had little to no flavor. Both pizzas were incredibly greasy. I would rank the pizza somewhere between high school cafeteria and bowling alley. The crust was the best part but that's not saying much. You have a lot of choices for pizza in Myrtle Beach, go ahead scratch this one off your list. read more

Shh! One of Myrtle Beach's best kept "locals only" secrets! This little pizza joint is excellent. We had a House Special pizza, which was only $12 for a large on Tuesday nights. Nice, crisp crust, tons of fresh toppings, yum! Dan, the owner, was nice and joked around with us at our table. They seem to have specials most week nights, and the pool table was well-used. They have a couple of beers on tap and red wine. The wine pour is VERY generous, 12 oz. for $6. In addition to pizza, they have pasta, salad, sandwiches and a kid's menu. Completely off the beaten track in MB, but worth the drive to get away from the crowds of obnoxious tourists. read more

Ordered a pizza and wings over the phone. I arrived at the 20 minute mark and the waitress and the woman making the meals in the back were arguing about my order. Apparently, my pizza was not made to order (forgot the toppings). I paid for my order and had to ask if they were starting my order over. The waitress proceeds to tell me I would have to wait another 20 minutes, but my wings were done. I took the wings, coming back for the pizza. When I got home, I noticed we had the wrong wings. I went back after 20 minutes and they were arguing over my order again. I told the waitress I had the wrong wings (I was not happy over the service). I told her we would not be back again. Terrible service (very rude) and the cooks were all discombobulated. read more

I don't even want to give one star. We waited for 2 hours and called twice(both times we were told our order was on the way). They called to tell us that they were making our order fresh and would send it out in 30 minutes. They could give us a 10% discount, after waiting 2 1/2 hours??!! No thank you!!! We live close and stopped in for a to go order. Potato skins and a hot Italian sub. The girl at the register was complaining about answering the phone. She was tired of answering it.. As we sat there, we saw a lot of orders on top of the oven. Did not know if they were pick up or delivery but either way, they wouldn't be fresh and possibly greasy. My potato skins were greasy and I got butter instead of sour cream.. a Big disappointment. The Italian sub tasted good but there was very little meat in it for the price. We probably won't go back since there are so many other places to go.. read more

We live about a 1/4 of a mile from there always a problem with deliveries. When it is wrong they get a very bad attitude.

Ask and you shall receive! Excellent pie! Asked for thin and crispy and that's what we got. Good for you Serafino's!!!

We love this place! Much of the staff is family and they are all great. This place is not just pizza. There is a full diverse menu. We eat there sometimes twice a week and have never had a meal we didn't like. The pizza is awesome and believe it or not the fried or baked haddock is superb. read more

We have visited Serifino's a number of times. Loved it everytime! Yes, it does take a little while to get your food, but they cook everything to order. Homemade dressings for the salads. Plus, they bring you this great little loaf of bread that you will want more of....will visit again soon read more

We go to SERAFINOS every Friday night. Usually after 8 pm and the service is great and the food is great also, however we usually get the pizza. The owner usually finds time to come talk with us, not just to say how was it, but to have a conversation. They recently have added cheesecake to their desert selections. This is the greatest cheesecake we have had in some time. It is homemade by one of the employees and is wonderful. Usually we are too full and take it home for later. read more

Oh where to begin. The food is amazing. I order from here at least three times a week. The lasagna is amazing and the alfredo is just as good. My only issue, and probably the most important issue is the customer service. It is beyond terrible. I seem to remember speaking to only one employee on the phone and believe she's mostly in charge of deliveries that has made my ordering process enjoyable. Anyone else seems very rude, I feel rushed, An like my business doesn't matter. I went to pick up one evening and the girl at the counter seemed to so bored by my order she appeared to be falling asleep. I'm mixed on this place, good calzone, decent pizza, long wait times even if it's slow. But the main thing is this. I got there gyro from them and they charged me over 7 bucks and I only got 4 slices of meat. I mean really I know it's not that much to pay, but it's the principal of the matter. I may not know the area to well seeing as I just moved here a few months ago from Chicago, and mabey we get spoiled up there with our gyros, but really 4 thin slices of meat? Even that is low. I'd be able to forgive all the past issues if they would give a better serving. I'd even be able to forgive the slow service and wait times, but not atleast getting what one pays for is just bad ethics. Even if you are trying to cut cost and save some money. Don't forget it's the consumers that drive your business, and when you cheat them on something so simple, your risking more than just one person being unhappy, your risking your whole business. read more

This place is awesome! I come here at least once a week and the food is amazing! The servers there are very friendly and informative on their menu items. During my visit, I had Shanay as my server and she was wonderful! My food was brought out in a timely manner and it was phenomenal.
