The angles of my entire video were horrible. I attached a photo of a clip from my video. The candle is in my grooms face the entire shot. Like what kind of work is that ??When I got the video I did express how unhappy the groom and I were. He said no problem he'd re-edit it and give us a new one. I've been texting him for 2 weeks now with no response on a video that he said has already been completed. He said he'd get us a social media clip. Still nothing. He is over all a really nice person. BUT his work for weddings is not great at all. He missed a lot of special moments i was hoping would be captured. I'm very very unhappy and I would not recommend them for weddings.
