Tried to make conversation about other locations having the item we wanted but they never offered to check with the other stores just told me I should check those locations. Everyone has off days no big deal. My daughters follow them in Instagram and like their close so my husband and I went in yesterday to pick up some Christmas gifts, the young lady working was on her cell. No greeting, never really acknowledged us so we left.

If you go to Plato's expect them not to abide by their own policy of purchase. I came in here with…read morelisted brands, "in season and trendy", which they turned down. I also tried to sell back some items i had purchased there, had never worn, in great shape, and they would not buy them back. When confronting the staff, nobody would own up to who went through my items. I highlighted to them that they rejected things on their own list, girl stated "she was not going to stand here and argue with me on every item". She also agreed with me when i said it is basically up to whoever the clerk's style is that goes through my bag. This pretty much sums up that this location of Plato's is condescending, rude, and discriminatory, even against their own policies. If you go here, do not attempt to sell items because you will have wasted your time by finding out it's not trendy, or they will just not take it because of whatever mood they're in that day, or based on the clerks sense of fashion, or what they think would look good on their shelves. NOTE: i had high end brands such as judy blue, democracy, American eagle, coach, gap, etc. I have even had Tennessee volunteer gear get turned down 3 weeks prior to football season.
