The coffee here is nice, I got my favorite coffee--a rose latte. They're not super common, so I was very excited. The coffee is earthy and nutty with wonderful aftertaste, and the rose syrup is delicious. The barista even put extra rose syrup in it because I was so excited to order. She was so nice! This place is a nice mom and pop coffee shop. Nothing fancy - definitely not your trendy third wave shop - but they have coffee and espresso so I'm all for it. They've got a decent selection of espresso drinks on the menu. Young man that worked there was super nice - definitely have us the "hometown coffee shop" service. I got a latte and my wife got a cappuccino - both were good. They also sell coffee beans and other items. They also have plenty of space to work inside, and an uncovered side patio where you can chill with your pups. Overall I recommend checking this place out for your caffeine needs. Now that I don't drink liquor like it's water anymore, I love finding yummy drinks that don't make my liver want to call a time out. Coffee is something I drink only ever so often because I'm already a hyper person and don't really need it, but I do have insomnia and can use it those days I've only had 3/4 hours of sleep. The staff is always warm and friendly and the drinks are way better than Starbucks imho. I get the vanilla latte with oat milk most of the time and it's fire. My kids hate when I use that word, but it's the only one I can think of to describe their drinks. Their list of drink names is so cute. I plan on trying the Karen soon. It's not very big inside, but it works because it feels all warm and cozy when you walk in. I normally see a few people studying when I go. They host AA meetings here, so I love it even more. What recovering alcoholic wouldn't enjoy an amazing coffee shop and some good convo about the steps? It's in the heart of old Katy and across from Wells Fargo. Located in Old Katy, this coffee shop has a lot of character. I parked right outside of the shop on the street and made my way inside. There's a large room with plenty of comfortable seating. They also have a more secluded back room as well as a patio. It was too cold to sit out on the patio while I was there so I sat on a sofa with a foot rest in the main room. The coffee is excellent. The food choices were limited to some weird looking croissants, donuts and cinnamon rolls. I tried the donut. It was good. Not great.
