I called Serenitree last week and my call was responded to quickly by Ryan. He was able to come the same day to assess our trees. He listened to our concerns and gave us some suggestions. We felt he had a good understanding of tree growth, which was what we were looking for. Also, we liked that they had proof of insurance. He had a cancellation and ended up doing my yard earlier than we had agreed. They were only slightly late, but I understand that jobs can easily run over schedule. They finished my job in about 3 hours and cleaned up the mess very well. It was difficult working around a pool and not dropping branches in, but they did it. Extremely heavy winds and rains caused our avocado tree to topple over. We were worried that our 50 year old monster monkey pod might damage the roof or cars parked underneath. Elias gave us a speedy proposal and a certificate proving that his company has insurance in case of damage during tree cutting. We are so grateful for this business! My wife called on a Saturday afternoon silently panicking, after having the fire station come to our house to get my cat out of a 30 foot coconut tree with no success. Elias, came to our rescue in a matter of minutes and calmly climbed up the tree (equipment strapped), with no worries of getting scratched or injured.
