When I moved to Owasso, Serenity was the first nail salon I went to. I originally intended on trying a few before select my "go to salon." But I never made it anywhere else. This is a great salon. It always looks clean. Staff is friendly and does a good job. Prices are average with other salons. I never feel like they are rushing to get me in and out, which is often a pet peeve of mine at other salons. I would definitely recommend you give it a try. read more

AVOID!! I went to get my dip nail set removed and the worker used an acrylic nail tip to RIP THE DIP OFF my natural nails. This ripped off layers and layers of my real nails. No tools, no soak, nothing. Two months later and my natural nails are still peeling and bending backwards. I am never going back!! read more

My favorite place in Owasso for Mani/Pedis! I do Gel Manicures on my real nails and have found they have the best products at the best price and really know what they are doing. I've visited other salons and the gel starts to chip quickly. I have not had this problem at Serenity! read more

I normally go somewhere else but my aunt and cousin wanted me to go with them So I was like how bad can they be. We all wanted to get our pedicures and I wanted to get my nails done. The first thing that happen is they sat us down and told us they would start on us right away. 40 mins later we were like okay can someone help us then after we said something to them they started on us. The second thing that happen was after They were done with my service I wasn't pleased with my nails. They were all different sizes and when I asked if they could fix it they acted very offended and rude towards me to the point that I felt like I was the one who did something wrong and said to me that i would have to wait. So being a Non-confrontational person I decided to just let it go and count my loss and I told them to it was fine. So I went up to pay I paid $95 for my service which I was not please with and I still tipped. Lady could tell I wasn't pleased but yet said nothing as my cousin and I left and got into my car the lady comes out running toward my car. Me thinking she was trying to make it right comes to my widow asking if I paid ‍I said yes and she then asked me if I could come inside and show my receipt which caused me to be very offended not only was I not happy with my service and they tried me very rude they also accuse me of not paying. I have been coming here off and in for a couple of years now. Most of the time the service is fine although it can seem a bit rushed since everyone is using timers. However, today I went for the last time. Today I had the same unfortunate experience with "Chi" that another reviewer had. She was very rough with the files on my toes and very painful when using the nail scrapers. I go get my nails done to relax and this was anything but. I was supposed to get a manicure as well but as soon as she was done with the pedicure I told her I was done. There was no way I was letting her near my hands. Don't know if it'll go any good but I did tell the people at the front desk about my horrible experience. If you go to Serenity and get "Chi" - run away fast. read more

After reading many good reviews I decided to try this salon for a pedicure. I am sorely disappointed I've wasted my money. "Chi" did my toes today, she worked too quickly hurting me with the cuticle trimmers and nail scraper. She literally filed my toes once across each nail and never even looked at me when I asked her to refile my toes so they are even. She's currently buffing my toes after filing and taking the skin off my knuckles more than buffing my toe nails. The regular polish selection was very poor and they all looked old. I hate to see what else I could write on this review by the end of this pedicure. I will never come back here. Go anywhere else. read more

Well Serenity Nails has a couple of technicians that I really like (Ashley and Jessica). The two of them are fantastic. I can't really say anything else very positive about this establishment. Every other time that I get my nails done here. I wait for almost an hour and almost always I am skipped over and have to tell them that I was missed. They do not seat people in the order they arrive. I am not sure why there is a sign in sheet if you are going to seat however you would like or by what service is being performed. I was skipped over today because the person who came after me just needed her gel removed so I guess a "Fill" is less important. I waited for 45 minutes prior to this happening and was told the wait was 30 minutes when it was clear the lead person today had no idea what the wait was and was just throwing times out. Very disappointed :(. I absolutely hate complaining but over the course of a year the frustration has been building up. read more

Horrible experience. I get married in two days and had an appointment for me and my bridesmaids to get our nails done at 545 and we got there early and didn't get seated until 610 and They sat us all in different areas and at different times. I was getting my underarms waxed after nails too. We all finished at completely different times making it awkward for the girls to just stand there and wait. When I went back to get waxed, the lady dipped the same stick in the wax multiple times after wiping it on me. It burned my armpits and she did a horrible job taking the hairs off. She went over the same area multiple times and it was starting to hurt. She then went to pluck the hairs and was pulling them the wrong way and my armpits were already raw from the multiple strips. She said she was finished and I looked at my armpits and there was still hair everywhere. I was so annoyed at this point that I just wanted to leave. I was told that I would be out by 715. I didn't get out til 745. I missed my uncles birthday dinner that flew in from Michigan for my wedding. I'm really upset with this business. I wasted $95 here. Never coming here again. I was excited for me and my bridesmaids to have a fun time and it turned into a nightmare. read more

So, I am really pissed off at this company! Let me tell you before anyone decides to go here. I came in yesterday to have my gel nails removed and a brand new layer put on. The nail tech called MIMI talked me into getting the new dip powder. Telling me it's was better for my nails and STRONGER. So I did, which they did look amazing. Oh but then I woke up today and my nails that I just paid for are ALL cracked! So, I go back and explain everything to whom I believe to be the owner and they say we will make it right, I ask if I could have this dip powder taken off and gel powder put on. Owner says yes at no additional cost. I said okay thank you. So anyways, I once again get MIMI the nail tech and she asked what happen. I then begin to explain and she tells me it's my fault but she will fix. She starts drilling and says to me, I just put the gel polish over and it will be all good. I tell her no! These are cracked and I don't want dirt and stuff to get in their so can you take off like I am asking. She sieys as if I'm asking her for her first born child. Finally she starts soaking off the dip powder, and CUTS off my real nail. I pull away and said what are you doing, MIMI says u have fake nails on I said ummm no I don't these are mine! MIMI reply's well I just put a fake nail on it will be okay. So needless to says to all of this , tech MIMI blamed me for breaking my nails, was rude, and I will never ever be going back. I hope that if anyone does go here that they just read this post before. read more
