It's split into a lower section and an upper section, each of which can be split even further into two. This allows for a variety of sports to be played. I've only actually ever played intramural softball on fields, eight teams can be playing in a given time slot on four fields. Conveniently for the WSU intramural sports, they provide checkouts for gear like softball mitts. I've also seen soccer and flag football being played on the fields. There's limited bleacher seating for the lower fields, so it can be annoying to sit and watch a game for the upper fields, the turf gets a little tiring to sit on. There is a water fountain in the middle, walkway area of the fields but the bathrooms are all the way on the outside of the playfield area by the playfield office. Parking is usually fine, but somewhat limited. During the day you can usually find the fields pretty clear, at least no scheduled play. If you're looking for some evening fun, however, there's a good chance you'll find a scheduled intramural game going on. They are very nicely kept up though.

We usually only see 1-2 other parked cars when we visit so it's peaceful. I like the idea of forcing everyone who brings their dog here needs to produce valid current rabies & vaccination records..... cuts down on dogs getting sick, but on the flip side there probably aren't many dogs coming here...and the fee is probably the reason

If you're looking for a beautiful, remote, shaded hike, this is a great place to come. The first…read morepart runs near a creek, so you have the beautiful sound of running water traveling alongside you. Then, switchbacks up to the top, completely shaded, which makes a middle of the day hike totally possible, even when it's kind of toasty outside. Didn't do the whole 8 1/2 miles, but found the switchbacks up to be moderately intense, not bad. A few tips: Get there by taking Trail Creek Road out of Ketchum, and then turning down Corral Creek road (dirt road) for about 4 miles. There's a parking lot at the end, and even a bathroom, which was amazing for how few people were on this trail. Oh, and no cell service out here, but that goes without saying...

Moscow's only dog park....could be better…read more What it has going for it: - decent size area for dogs to play - water source in run for dogs - parking right outside dog park - fencing and gates are adequate - shelter area in middle of dog park for humans - some shade trees - port-a-potty right outside dog park entrance What it has going against it: - only one large dog run (no small dog run) - ground cover is grass & dirt (gets muddy easily) Being the only dog park in the area, it's sort of a better than nothing deal here. Add an area for smaller dogs(can easily add since there is already a 2nd entry area) more seating, better ground cover & better fencing/gates, this could be potentially a 4 star dog park/run

I like that they have kiddie pools and a water system to fill them up or to use a hose to wash your dog off after they get dusty or muddy. My dogs are very happy after an hour here, most dogs are very friendly and play well. Everyone so far watches their dogs and picks up after them, breaking up any aggression. Every now and then, sure, you may get alpha's & beta's quarreling, but come on, they are dogs. It happens.
