I had let my hair go without any cuts or trims for a year --- it was awful --- shaggy and 3/4 length. I kept it up in a ponytail for months. Zoe was incredibly flexible with scheduling and was able to book me for a mid-day appointment at the last minute. She really took her time to understand my hair texture and growth patterns, gave me great advice, and worked with me to settle on a sleek and choppy bob --- adding movement and more texture. I was so pleased with the cut that I scheduled a color later that week to do something a little edgier (I asked for purple). Stylists I've had before used to process my hair into crispy blond, whereas Zoe did her best to keep my hair healthy even through the bleaching process. It came out wonderfully --- she managed to make bright berry purple highlights look sophisticated. I'm no longer a doubter! A lot of people have done double-takes and complimented me on it.
