Truly a bad person... Scammed out of my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had come here before on past trips and thought I would book again. I usually try everytime I'm in town, but she is usually busy or not available when I am here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This time, I didn't bring a vehicle, as I was on a bike packing trip from Las Vegas. That's when you pack a bunch of bags on your bike, and go on a multi day trip. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Finally made it to Laughlin, sore everywhere from biking over 100 miles of hills through the mountains, and was exited to see she had a morning spot open at 11am the next day, so I book.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I know when going across the river, the ubers and lyft can take pretty long, so [[HIGHLIGHT]]I start calling an Uber by 9:30 for the 11am appointment, trying to be mindful and respectful of her time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Even though the wait can be close to 40 mins, I never waited more than 15-20 mins to match with a driver on Uber or lyft here, from then they would tell me how far away they are. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When 30 mins past, and still no match, I call and text to let her know the situation, again trying to be mindful and respectful of her time, and she seems understanding[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She made it seem like there was some leeway of being late as she had not mentioned that she has an appointment right after or I cant be late or I will be cut short, which is the usual courtesy heads-up you would get from a business like this.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So I thank her for understanding and keep her updated. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When it became evident that I was not going to make it, I let her know. I did find one last option, and told her the wait time to see if it would be OK, and that is the first time she told me that my session had to end by 12:30 because there was another appointment right after.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]With all the ways I communicated to her that it was looking like I was running late, she never thought to mention this? More like didn't mention on purpose to hold off on me canceling in time, but I didn't think anything of it and apologized that I would have to cancel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Again she said she totally understood, I tried to ask if she was available later in the day, so if I find a ride I was willing to wait in her area until she was available, but she was fully booked so she mentioned she was available the next day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I check out and leave the next day, so again I thank her and apologize that I could not see her, and that's when she charges my card for the full amount of $105 for a 90 minute session. Not half, not a cancelation fee, the full amount. No warning or sign of a problem, until she realized I can't get over the bridge, leave in the morning, and will probably never see her again, so she takes advantage. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Stopped being responsive, and when I asked why I was charged, and trying to plea for a refund, her whole attitude changed and she sent 1 message saying her system charges for a no-show, and I was the first one and she came in for me. Then she blocks me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] SCAMMER ALERT! I didn't even have the chance to get mad or be rude so the blocking was just one of her professional scammer moves. [[HIGHLIGHT]]First of all, why would you not mention a single thing of the consequences of me still being late or having to cancel, despite me communicating this to you an hour early.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You did not have to come in, as I was updating you, and I know in my gut, you were not in your office yet. You asked me how long it takes me to get to your office, and you asked me to let you know before I leave, obviously so you can leave your home and meet me there before I get there. I am convinced of this because of the scammy behavior of yours. It all aligns and makes sense now. How are you going to act understanding and like everything is going to be ok, until you realize I can't get over the bridge, I am not local and leaving, and you will probably never see me again, then charge my card and block me. I can't even get the massage I desperately need when I get back home, because she SCAMMED me out of the funds. Everything was explained in great detail, I had cupping along with the most relaxing massage I've ever had!
