As other reviewers mentioned, I experienced serious communication issues. My first red flag was requiring payment BEFORE the message started which seemed very odd. There was no relaxing ambient music, instead someone was watching their phone nearby with the volume at a high level and a distorted laugh track blasting. Needless to say it lacked a relaxing environment. Finally, the massage therapist seemed to be unsatisfied with my 20%+ cash tip and insisted more from me. I even showed her the math using a calculator but she continued to want more. I found it very unprofessional and won't be going back again.
