The three appetizer composed of duck liver, duck pate and a sushi. All of them were extremely well seasoned and delicious. Next on to the main course! I ordered the steak with fried veggies. There were three purée on the side as well, I can only identify one as truffle. The steak was cooked to perfection and was seasoned beautifully. One of the best steaks I have ever tasted. Now onto the dessert. I ordered the cheese cake, but it's more some cheese on a cracker? (Not to say it taste bad) The top was filled with fresh strawberries and the cheese part of the dessert was absolutely mind boggling, it was the perfect end to my lunch at this quite French town!
