He started out professional answering my questions etc. AFTER I paid him his retainer. About 8 months into my case Alex completely disappeared on me while my case was pending answers to motions. He finally reappears, calls me after over a month of ducking my calls and tells me he can't handle my small case any longer. I would NEVER recommend this firm or attorney to anyone.

To be completely honest I called just a few minutes before they closed, which I would have understood if they didn't answer. The call was answered by Alex very politely and my first words were to apologize for the last second call. I told him I was a disabled veteran and needed to ask a question to see if I actually need a consultation. Alex cut me off and used the politest words he could and replied "Is this rental or tenant related cause I don't do that and I don't know anyone who does best wishes" and hung up. I am the true definition of "THE LITTLE GUY" and no matter if your the best lawyer or the worst, your nothing without clients who supply your reputation. I just wanted a question answered even though he knew the answer he couldn't help a disabled vet with one question. I urge ALL MY FELLOW VETERANS that may think of using Alex or his Firm to seek help elsewhere. I hate writing reviews but if your job is to help people uphold the law and get paid very well for it how can you treat a veteran that protected you and this country this way. You only got One star because I was forced to put at least one!

I retained this firm to represent me in an HOA dispute in Florida and ultimately spent several…read morethousand dollars in legal fees. Based on my experience, I was very dissatisfied with the value received relative to the cost. Before mediation, I provided the firm with a detailed written analysis, including relevant Florida case law that I believed supported my position. Despite this, I did not observe meaningful engagement with opposing counsel prior to mediation, which was later confirmed during the mediation itself. During the mediation, I expected my attorney to actively lead the discussion and advocate on my behalf. I had initially been advised not to speak, yet during the session, much of the dialogue appeared to be directed to me instead of being handled by counsel. Additionally, when a statement was made suggesting that I caused a city violation -- which I believe to be inaccurate -- I did not observe my attorney step in to challenge or clarify that point. While the invoices reflect ongoing activity, a significant portion appeared to consist of emails, coordination, and internal discussions. From my perspective, many of these billable activities did not meaningfully advance my position or contribute toward a resolution. I understand that legal matters are complex and that outcomes cannot be guaranteed. However, in my opinion, the level of advocacy, communication, and overall value did not align with the fees incurred. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion as a client.
