Second time visiting during El Tour de Tucson and my bike crew are big fans. The pizzas are the main attraction but don't sleep on the cheesesteak sandwiches (sirloin or chicken). These were great too. Another main draw for us is their great rotating craft beer menu. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to return to one of their locations. Not that this location does NOT offer the Detroit style pizza - so call ahead if that is what you are craving

Tangy Gold Wings. Not spicy at all. Very meaty. Maybe best I've had in a while

Went back today for lunch with a friend. Had the gold wings and a slice of the Red Dragon Pizza. They were really good. They have updated the interior since I was last there. It has been a while since I moved from the area. Still had an issue with a damn fly like last time. I guess he was waiting for me to come back. But the A/C works now, good thing since it was over 100 today. The slice of pizza was actually two. Not sure if it was a mistake or if that is standard. First time I ordered just a slice. The Red Dragon is a meat-lovers pizza, and it delivers on the promise. The wings were meaty and delicious. I was not able to finish it all, so now I have lunch for tomorrow. The service was great. Very attentive and friendly.

I don't recall how or where I heard this, but somehow I learned that Serial Grillers has a Buffalo chicken pizza and as someone with a specific Buffalo chicken pizza from a local place back in Alaska as my death row meal, I had to try it out down here in Tucson ASAP. It's not something you see on a pizza menu often! Service was quick, always appreciated when dining in with children. Coloring sheets are always appreciated as well. The beer menu was quite large with a great variety. I didn't look too closely at any of the other menu options with my eyes set on "the bone collector", to be honest. My kids had cheeseburger kids meals that they enjoyed. As far as the pizza goes - the flavor was on point! Great buffalo flavor with homemade ranch and crispy chicken. The cheese was chewy for my liking. If it weren't for that, I'd give a higher rating. But, I do feel biased as someone with a #1 Buffalo chicken pizza pick already. Take that with a grain of salt. Will be back, hopefully with less chewy cheese!

While traveling we tried this restaurant and it was great. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. The portion sizes are pretty large. They have a lot of different options for sandwiches and burgers. The kids burger was huge and my grandson loved it. We will definitely eat here again in the future. They also have a large TAP wall with a ton of options.

    Psycho Cheesesteak with coleslaw side

The food was hot and delicious! I appreciated the warm welcome when I walked inside the very unassuming front door, and the cashier was helpful in narrowing my two top choices down to one. The dining room was very clean, and the food delivered to my table was a nice touch (vs being yelled at with an order number or my name). I would like to see more sirloin on the cheesesteak. Otherwise, I have no ideas on how to improve this great eatery.

Serial Grillers in #tucson #arizona has some #killer #pizza and more. This #restaurant is a mustsee for #horror #movie fans (like me) in particular. The atmosphere was cool and I loved the horror villains around some of the corners. The service from the employees was another welcomed experience. They're so nice. The menu has some cool horror movie names for the food which makes the experience that much more #fun! I got the Hills Have Eyes Pizza (without tomatoes), the Cheesy Breadsticks and the Joe Carroll burger. Everything was amazing. Take a trip and check them out!

Serial Grillers has become a Tucson staple at this point. The food never misses and while they might be "known" for their pizza everything I have tried has been delicious. This time I tried the Suspect Zero V2 Cheesesteak and it was perfect. The cheese was the right amount of melted and the quantity of chicken is worth the price. Eating it in the lobby this time, instead of taking it home was a nice change. The lobby was clean and comfortable and the ambiance is casual and fun. Service is walk up to order and self service after food is delivered so not much to say about it.

Food is great. Server was polite. The restaurant was clean,. We tried the pizza for the first time and it was delicious. Recommend this place.

    Small frailty salad
    Lara M.

Who orders a salad from a pizza place anyway? Well I guess I do. Feeling lazy but wanting something healthy I ordered a small Frailty Salad which resembles a Cobb with avocado. From the photos this salad looks huge, to be fair I did order a small but I expected a little more weight to it. The plastic container it came in was about 2 inches by 5 so I was already skeptical taking it out of the bag. Most of the ingredients in this salad was fresh but the one thing I didn't like was the chicken was chopped almost diced and hard to chew, a bit dry. I wished I'd ordered a pizza, I will order again and review. But I don't think I will be ordering a salad next time.

    Small monster pizza.

We're so excited to have Toro Loco back even if it's only only on Tuesdays. The burritos are delicious.

Would think there would be servers for the price of the meals. Asking for a tip for counter walk up is not appealing.

I was so disappointed when the cashier told me they were out of chicken. OUT OF CHICKEN?! It wasn't even 2pm yet and the Pats hadn't yet destroyed the Broncos and the cheesesteak place was out of chicken. If I hadn't been with my friend who was looking forward to his beef cheesesteak, I would have walked out. There are plenty other good places to eat on Ina Rd. I eventually ordered a 12 inch beef cheesesteak with shrooms, onions and sweet peppers. The cashier asked if I wanted jalapeños as well. I replied that they don't belong on a cheesesteak, not a real South Philly cheesesteak. My few shrooms and sweet peppers were an additional $3. Ouch. Peppers come with a real cheesesteak; there should not be an additional charge. Service was fast and the kitchen crew was especially efficient. Everyone working kept the place clean. Ambiance is also nice. It's got a Philly sport bar vibe to it, with Philly banners on the wall and TVs high up in all directions. There are also eight craft beers on tap but I had a $3.49 Coke Zero instead. When my insanely overpriced $23 chickenless cheesesteak arrived, I was again disappointed in the lack of flavor. I tasted no spice in the beef. The bread was not fresh, either. I should have ordered Cheese Wiz instead of natural Provolone because the chemicals in that orange concoction would have added some flavor My friend liked his cheesesteak but added that the place in Sierra Vista makes a much tastier cheesesteak than Frankies, for half the price. At least I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. If it weren't for the incredible kitchen crew and the fast service, this place would have gotten only two stars.

You walk in and it definitely feels like a few-frills, local spot. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table when it's ready. The menu had several sandwich options as well as salads and some sides/appetizers. I chose the grilled chicken cheesesteak salad. It came with plenty of lettuce, veggies, pickled sweet peppers (hot peppers, if you want), and a grilled chicken breast with melted cheese on top. The ranch dressing was good. The little roll that came with it was delicious and the tiny chocolate chip cookie topped the meal off.

I liked that they had their menu taped on the window so you could look at it before even going in. The menu was also at the counter and written on the chalk board so there were lots of way to see it. There was also a decent number of options. I went with #3 combo which was the Italian Grinder, Small drink, and fries (or a choice of coleslaw or chips). It does also come with a small crunchy chocolate chip cookie. I was underwhelmed mostly as the fries and were just okay. The value of the meal is worth it, I just felt that the sub overall was just fine... nothing special. You order at the counter and they will call your name once ready, so the service is pretty minimal. I would go back and try something else.

When I went on Wednesday evening around 6:30pm, the service was actually really good from everyone except the person labeled manager on her shirt. She was manning the cashier and was very dry and unhelpful. When my friend asked for a list of veggie options on the sandwich, she really just kind of stared at us with no answer stating "there's all kinds" or something vague like that. When we saw the cookies and desserts at the register we asked what it was (inquiring about the flavor), and she answered, "a cookie." That was kind of silly to me. After I paid and she kind of motioned that she was ready for the next customer, I asked about my receipt. She responded by asking if I wanted one and stating that the machine was out of paper or something. I would've appreciated her stating that rather than just not giving me my receipt and assuming that I didn't want one. I also felt like if I'm asking you for my receipt, asking me if I want one is somewhat redundant. I didn't realize she was a manager until my friend pointed out the tag on her shirt while we were waiting for food. My friend and I interacted with three other workers while we were there , one of them being Joe who I believe made our sandwiches. All 3 of of them had exceptional service! This is a small shop with maybe four tables, so takeout might be your best bet . The sandwich was cool, but management should do better.

There was a young man with blond hair and another worker (Joe) who were extremely polite and hospitable. They were quick to make adjustments and made me and my friend feel welcome. I got the Philly cheesesteak adding mayo, lettuce and tomato. It had great flavor. I'm not sure they have the capability to toast sandwiches which would prevent me from coming back. The bread is very soft and for a hearty sandwich like the cheesesteak it needs crispier bread.
