The company is based in Visalia, California, and was founded in 1985 by Fernando Serpa, still current owner and President.
Meet the Business Owner: Fernando S.
Fernando's inspiring story of founding the company is a true testament that anything can be accomplished through hard work, faith, and dedication. Fernando began his career in the packaging equipment industry initially as a Service Mechanic in the Central Valley providing field service repairs to the packaging equipment of customers. Through his hard work, ambition, and excellent service to customers, Fernando eventually founded his own company, Serpa Packaging Solutions, originally named FMS Manufacturing.
To this day, Fernando remains very passionate and heavily engaged in the operations of Serpa Packaging Solutions. He continues to emphasize a strong company focus on customer service due to his Service background, and it is through this philosophy that we have succeeded in achieving a dynamic portfolio of multi-national customers.
