I don not recommend this salon. I was a client and had brows, nails and hair services here. The…read morebrows and nails once because after waxing I had many strays I had to pluck myself so attention to detail was subpar. The nails weren't neat so didn't return. I was trying to establish a relationship with a stylist and have been going about 8 months and adjusting what went wrong each time hoping to get it right. Once, layers when I didn't want them in my bob and had to grow out. Next, side longer in the back then front when I wanted it even around the perimeter and finally the undercut can be seen in the back. My last appointment was double booked with a color client and the experience felt rushed and not the results or experience wanted. I casually mentioned to receptionist if it was possible to be scheduled when my stylist wasn't doing color like previous appointments but it was no big deal if she couldn't. I received an email shortly after being told by the stylist/owner she would no longer provide services because her scheduling practices weren't what I wanted. The receptionist obviously said something to her and instead of discussing it with me made a unilateral decision. this is an extreme and unprofessional reaction and no way would I give another stylist here my money or trust with my hair. so she lost a client and so did her salon. I was looking for another stylist after crying over the last cut. I understand her right not to accommodate my request, which I never really made. It was a question about the possibility. I asked for a phone call but never got one. I also have a right as to what experience I want, because I am paying for your time. This salon values volume, money, not client experience, building a relationship or valuing the client. I regret investing my time and money here.

Since I'm new to the area and had been in need of a place to get my hair done , I was told of a few…read moreplaces around the area that I'm at , and when I got online and looked at the reviews this place had a lot of good comments, so I scheduled an opt . Now that being said I always bring pictures of what I want done that way there is no confusion and I also requested to have my eyebrows touched up . Now just to get my eyebrow situation out of the way I shower her a picture of what I wanted and one eyebrow was bigger then the other and my eyebrows being light and fair as they are I couldn't really see till I had left and got into better lighting , but at that point I was already upset about my hair situation. Now my hair , I have had my hair cut in a bob before and I alway had my part done at an angle , first thing she parted my hair straight down the middle and only did it that way my angle is little to none existent she had trimmed everything up more then once and buy then asked me again if the length was ok and at that point what I want done would have made my hair shorter then what I wanted it to be . I got nothing that I asked for . So I don't recommend this place , I was able to fix my eyebrows to my liking but after the 60$ I spent tip included not all of us can afford to go somewhere else and get it fixed from someone else . Now I will say the place and the employees were very nice , but being my first time there and not knowing anyone else the work I got done I would not recommend going back . It
