Chris gave me a $799 price so we had it delivered only to find out he is a Waste Management reseller??? He was the only one who promised delivery but then wants $799 for each swap out... Should have waited another day for Waste Management - with them the job would have cost $400. Dynamite Dumpster would cost $2400. Total thieves! Avoid these people. This was a job in Farminton NM at a major retailer.

We needed a dumpster for hurricane & flood debris removal from our property and home. "Matt" took our order and they were supposed to drop off the dumpster on 6-7-21 but they didn't show up. I called that afternoon for an ETA on the dumpster and "Chris" took my name and cell phone number and said he would call back with an estimated time. He never called back. The next day (6-8-21) I noticed they charged my credit card on the 7th for a dumpster that we never received. I called back again and "Chris" said that I would get the dumpster that day. I asked for a time frame but he said "sometime in the afternoon" and they would call me when they were on the way. They never called and this was day 2 of no dumpster. They didn't show up. Day 3 - 6-9-21, after reading the horrible reviews on here and seeing that this seems to be a pattern with them, I called to cancel the dumpster and get my credit card refunded. "Chris" who would not give me his last name but said he was the Manager, said he was sending out a cancellation number on an invoice. I asked for the cancellation number to write down. He said there isn't one, only an email from Dynamite Dumpsters. I asked for clarification since he just said "cancellation number in email", but he said there is only an email. And that I will get my refund. When I tried to ask more questions, he hung up on me. READ ALL OF THESE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DECIDE!! There is obviously a pattern here, and Chris the manager did not even attempt to make the problem right and wasn't the least bit upset that we asked for a refund. We have still not received a cancellation email and I am now watching the credit card for a refund that we aren't sure is coming. Save yourself and don't do business with these people.

I hired Paul to pick up some compost and some mulch from Soilutions and to empty it near my…read morevegetable garden as I am a senior and moving things like soil is difficult for me. I needed the compost dumped in one spot as I am sharing it with my neighbor and the mulch in a different spot closer to my garden. He picked up the materials in a timely manner, dumped them in the 2 designated areas and even put a tarp under each pile and the two materials did not get mixed together at all even though they were in the same trailer. I was impressed that with such a big trailer he was able to dump the mulch within feet of the gate I will be using to bring it into the garden. Paul has also done elm removal for me and other yard work and always does a thorough job and does not leave a mess behind or wreck anything like bricks or pavers or other yard decor in the process of removing the elms and carries away all of the debris. Paul did a great job in a timely manner.

Prior to hiring Durango Trash for a 20 yard dumpster rental I inquired of the rate structure and whether there were any restrictions. They informed me that the price ($400 for 10 days) was a flat rate that included drop-off, pick-up and dumping and that I could fill it to the rim. We established an agreement, I hired them and filled the dumpster to just below the rim with wood chips and pine needles from fire mitigation work. After they retrieved the dumpster they imposed an additional fee of which they did not inform me and charged my card without any communication or permission. I contacted them to correct the matter and refund the charge but they refused to help me citing a weight restriction policy that no one had mentioned during any previous conversation I had with them even when I specifically asked about restrictions. Trustworthiness is the foundational attribute of community solidarity and it is unfortunate that Durango Trash tarnishes ours with their unprincipled behavior.
