Maar eens thuis vallen zijn "pressions" voor mijn vals gebit er in een paar dagen af. Als je dan de pech hebt dat Mijnheer Dal wat wil rusten, laat hij je in de steek zonder gebit gedurende 2 weken! Ik heb spijtig genoeg deze keer volgende week afspraken en zal er alles aan doen deze keer voor altijd van tandarts te veranderen. Het is genoeg geweest! Je betaalt er ook altijd veel meer geld dan officieel. Ik geniet van de verhoogde tegemoetkoming, dus kan ik dat zien aan het bedrag dat de mutualiteiten me terug geven. Zijn inkomsten zijn heel belangrijk voor hem. Op gebied van hygiëne valt er ook veel aan te merken!

Besides being very rough with my mouth, he didn't even wear gloves! The whole place was a bit off honestly, There was no reception, just a waiting room and another room which happened to be the actual practice room (just one) I happen to walk into while he was treating a patient. The room was dirty all over the floor with blood and water from previous patients. It's too bad I noticed after he was done! Also, when I asked for the official green receipt, he scribbled off a printed amount (I guess this is the amount most Belgians pay, or what I was supposed to pay!) of 65, 81 euro to what I did actually pay (85 euro). When I went to ask for reimbursement (which, in my case, is full coverage), they only gave me 65, 81 back because that was what the receipt said. I know I should have been more aware of what was going on, but my tooth was really bad and I needed help. PLEASE THINK TWICE before going to this guy...I'm sure that he charged me more, or else why would the receipt say 65 and not 85? The office is old, he doesn't clean before patients, and he doesn't wear gloves!!

Point in case - Appointment made for at least an hour earlier, somehow because of bad internal planning from their side, all of a sudden, last minute they unilaterally 'enforce' a new hour of venue...regardless of whether this suits or not... Not pleasant, not correct and pretty - to say the least - disrespectful.

(mijn eigen tandarts had ook geen plek). Het is een internationaal, multicultureel gebeuren, waar een warme sfeer heerst. Dokter Ivan was mijn tandarts van dienst, en ik moet zeggen dat hij - een open communicatie met veel info voerde, plus - deskundig - bezorgd - betrokken is. Het was geen simpele behandeling, ik heb meer dan twee uur tijd in de praktijk doorgebracht. Ook de secretaresses waren heel vriendelijk en betrokken. Ik overweeg om deze praktijk als vaste tandarts te nemen. Hartelijk dank om mij te ontvangen, en een goeie behandeling te geven.
