My bag is ruined entirely. He told me upfront he could fix my bag with NO PROBLEMS!! And when I came to pick the bag up he acted as though the big black spots he put on my bag were there before!! As if I was dumb enough to not take a picture, if it wasn't for that picture he wouldn't have told me the service was free. My bag is shedding paint dust, ruined the clothes I tried to wear with it and also WAS ONE OF A KIND! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO FURIOUS! I made a review so other people would know DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! And then I go to his reviews to see my review has been deleted since he knows he messed up and is trying to make money from other people though he RUINED my bag. This man doesn't know how to deal with fine colors and expensive purses. I should've waited until I got back to Los Angeles and paid a more professional person. Instead I took a chance as I'm in Paris for the next few months. I wouldn't recommend to anybody and will continue to review until mine stays permanent. Disgraceful

While traveling, the liner of one boot slipped, bunched up in a knot, and it was like walking with an iron bar under the bottom of your foot. When I got back to Paris, needed a quick repair as I had another out-of-town trip planned in two days. Cordonnerie Jacques to the rescue ... they heard my sob story and got my boots back to me in 24 hours. They feel better than they did when I bought them!

Not too pricey, and definitely washing machines that were large enough to do some rather big loads (as is the case when I end up travelling around for an extended period). It wasn't too crowded either, so that also adds to the usefulness of the place. Oh, and I should also mention the dryers, though make sure you don't rush them either.

Had to do some serious map reading but we found it and well worth the walk.
