This agency has provided employment services to our disabled family member. Except that, often, it hasn't. There appears to be a very high staff turnover as job coaches quit frequently and are replaced by new, inexperienced staff. We are on our 4th job coach in not much over a year. Management does not return phone calls and recently it's taken nearly a month, several emails, and phone messages to find out why they missed an annual review and planning meeting without a phone call before or after. Additionally, previously scheduled weekly coaching meetings with the client have been missed for a month with no notice or follow up. The response from the local office manager - also a brand new employee and the one with whom the meetings as being scheduled (3 weeks late) was to laugh repeatedly, say that they are very busy, and that we are not their priority. A subsequent call to the regional manager has not yet been returned; we've asked to be contacted by end of business next day. We'll see. There are other agencies; obviously we must pursue services elsewhere. If I could mark zero stars, I think it would be more accurate. read more
