The bottom storage drawer of my stove wouldn't go in nor out and I looked at the slides/glides and couldn't see anything wrong, so I called these guys. They came when promised and the gentleman was professional. I guess I had stuffed too many things in that drawer and two pan lids had fallen behind the drawer. He pulled the drawer out, got down in his hands and knees and looked and pulled those kids out! Boy was my face red! While I think the charge was a bit high, he definitely helped me out of a jam. The owners are nice people trying to make a living. They come when they are supposed to. I just don't feel the service tech has knowledge or experience with appliance repair.. This time he did not bring his BIG TOOL BOX (why?) so just looked under dishwasher with flashlight. My father was an appliance man and I watched him fix things for years. My LG front loader washing machine stopped working with an error code of dE. I called LG who gave me 3 firms -- 1 electronics only, 1 apparently just retail, and 1 who surrendered its Calif registration for concealing sexual child abuse conviction. I searched Yelp and didn't find anything. Finally Google gave me a local firm but they didn't repair front loaders. They did recommend The Service Center. Schawn (not sure of the spelling) had me check to make sure that the door was simply not closing properly. Then a couple phone calls later, they ordered a replacement door lock which came in today and it was installed early this afternoon. My washer is now washing and I'm happy. Their charges also seem a lot less than other repair services from elsewhere. I do recommend them whole heartedly. read more

They were brought in to fix an oven in a house we just purchased. They are contracted by AHS so we were sort of stuck with them. Their tech came in and didn't know how to fix it and later informed the Home Shield company that it pre-existed. Of course, it did. How could we know otherwise? As a result Service Center refused to do the work. Interestingly enough, we had a plumbing issue, also pre-existing to our moving in, that was fixed - promptly and expertly by an outstanding vendor. i don't even want Sean the repairman back into our rental. he walked out without saying a word to me or my partner when he was assessing the freezer compartment of our fridge. he just turned on his heel and walked out during our questions about the 48 hour unplug he was telling us was necessary. turns out there is more than just one vendor for repairing fridges. i am hoping that our property mgmt will see things that way and reassign this job to someone else. read more
