This credit union is conveniently located on Kleber Kaserne. I'm so happy that I no longer have to drive to Ramstein anymore! The hours here are Monday - Friday, 0900-1700. Customer service is superb! My husband and I came in here to set up our first one time payment to our landlord and our reoccurring payment for our monthly rent. All of this was completed in less than 15-20 minutes! There was no line, the credit advance was more than we needed so we didn't have to call the bank, it was awesome. The only bad thing that I have to say about the location is the fact that the sign outside of the bank is very misleading. The sign is pointing that the bank is to the LEFT but in all reality, the bank is located on the same sign that the building is on!!! We spoke to a manager about this, and he said he tried to get the issue fixed and obviously it hasn't been fixed. He said he will try to raise the issue once more.
