Finally I found some professionals. NEA Pro Clean is amazing from first contact until they left after cleaning. Shannon is who scheduled a time for the estimate, came out herself, was polite, well spoken, and very thorough in her questions about what exactly I needed done. From there she sent me a proposal with my custom cleaning solution and a price. It also explained what types of products they use to clean, etc. We agreed on services and price, set a date and she even followed up the day before to make sure everything was good. Both times she came to my place, she was 10 minutes early and prepared. I'm a big fan of that. She and another woman cleaned while I ran errands and she called when she was almost done. I got home to find my place spotless and she stayed with me long enough to double check everything and asked if there was anything else they could do before they left.
