Miguel was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable to work with. Yps was the cheapest in terms of hydrojetting and boy did I need it. I called other plumbers on yelp and they wanted 200-300 more. He cleared out the black sludge with the hydrojet and chopped up more roots with a snake afterwards. He did whatever he could to clear the main drain for me because he knew from the look on my face that i really needed his help. After a day or two the clog came back so I called YPS again. Miguel brought a stronger hydrojet and it did the trick (no extra charge). He even ran a camera to locate the roots and suggested to me what to use to take care of the roots. Who knew plumbing was so expensive , this company sent someone out right away and gave me a quote. The receptionist on the phone was very nice and helpful. Had already received a quote from a different company and the prices were competitive. Very professional and quick response. My only complaint is the price but that appears to be the going rate for plumbing work, if you can do it yourself save the money....if you have to outsource then this seems to be a good company. read more

We had a toilet that was the original with the house over 50 years ago, it was leaking and Miguel came in and had to literally drill out the screws to even get the toilet up. I sent an estimate request online with pictures within minutes I received a phone call from Jennifer. Who was very pleasant and friendly. Understood what my situation was and scheduled an appointment right away. A few minutes go by and Miguel who is the owner. Saw the pictures and right away understood what needed to be done. It was 4:50 pm and my kitchen faucet wouldn't turn off. It was running full blast and I was panicking. I turned the water off at the main and called 5 plumbers from Yelp. First off, his phone assistant is great....I'll be darn if I can recall her name...sorry. Easy to make apt and when Miguel came to our home for a bad faucet, he determined it was shot. He suggested where to buy one and that he'd be back in a few days to install it. While he was there, we told him we had a leaky bathroom faucet, as well. It's a Calif Faucet, not your usual brand. He took photos with his phone, sent it to his phone girl....and instantly she was able to find the part and order it. This was going so smoothly, I had him take a photo of the shower mixer, as well. We had a leak in our wet bar area and it was causing the wood to buckle up. In addition the cabinets were getting wet from the moisture, due to the steam from the hot water leak. I called the office on a Monday evening around 6pm and Jennifer was there to take down my information and get me an appointment for the following day at 7:30am. She was very understanding and professional. Jennifer took the time to listen to my problem and work around our schedule. She had great follow-up and provided me with an update of the work progress. Miguel was our plumber and he came out on time to give us an estimate. He explained the work to be done. Before we got started, he suggested that I call our home insurance to start a claim and he even offered to speak with the insurance company to explain the leak and how they planned to fix it. After I got approval from the home insurance company, his crew came out and fixed the leak the same day. Then they let the concrete dry, before coming back to cover up the base of the wet bar.
