They started up a concrete sander in our basement with no dust filter on it and the had not covered the heating system ducts. Needless to say we could not be in our house for weeks after that happened until we got a cleaning service to clean the whole house and duct cleaning. There was concrete dust over everything. Which they were supposed to pay but did not so we ended up paying them because WE don't cheat people. Then they did the epoxy in our garage and left a bunch of chemicals we had to dispose of. Stay away from this company unless you like pain.

And they HUNG UP ON ME! WORST customer service I have ever experienced, even from a contractor, which is saying something. There are DOZENS of contractors in this labor intensive community. Go to any one of them, but NOT Ideal Concrete. Horrible treatment.
