They woke me on a Saturday morning, barged into my home and said they needed equipment elsewhere. When I complained about it the rude, abusive treatment every single person at the company lied shamelessly about what they did. The billed my insurance company for work they did not do. I have photo evidence that I shared with my agent but the insurance company paid anyway. I canceled that policy and switched insurance companies because the allowed the fraud.

He explained everything they did and the process they would go through submitting evidence to our insurance. They worked tirelessly for three days pulling up carpet, baseboards, and drywall, cleaning our bare floors, and sanitizing everything after. He took meticulous care in documenting personal items that had been ruined, items ruined that needed to be replaced, and disposing of unsalvageable things. They did a restoration for me that took over a week when they said it would be 2 days. On some…read moredays the workers did not show up or only for a few hours. They said they were short staffed. When they did show up, most of the crew were daily temp labor who rarely worked. They used my tools (ladder, hammer, etc) as they said they did not have these items. When carrying cabinets out of my house, they caused significant damage to my walls, floor and railings. I was told to get a quote from my painter who is completing the work on the rest of the house and they would reimburse me. It has been over a month and the owners have yet to return my calls and the manager can not tell me if they will honor their commitment made earlier to fix their mistakes.
