NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD W/O EVER GIVING ME AN INVOICE. I had small mold remediation. They gave an outrageous estimate of $3700. I objected and they said that was only for an extreme case. It was not severe, only a small problem w/ outside expert saying that there was no mold in air. They opened less than half the wall in estimate, there was no extreme mold only a small amount. They charged the whole price to card w/o ever adjusting estimate. These guys are thieves. read more

Servpro was fantastic! Our hot water heater let go and flooded our newly finished basement. We were mortified! On our Insurance broker's recommendation we called Servpro and they were at our door about an hour later. The men they sent out were very professional and pleasant to work with. They were able to save our carpet but had to remove the padding and some of the molding. They left fans and dehumidifiers which were a little noisy but, considering the circumstances and what needed to be done, bearable. They even picked up all of our furniture and put little foam blocks under them so they wouldn't be touching the wet carpet. A few days later they came back and to pick up the fans and everything was dry. When i spoke with my adjuster, she said that Servpro had been working with her directly so i didnt have to pay them anything. All I paid was my deductible. I honestly couldn't be happier with the outcome, hopefully the rest of the process is as simple and straightforward as this was. read more

I can't believe that the person who awarded this outfit FIVE STARS had the same ServPro clean their house as I did. After having to return to my house on three different occasions to finish a job that was not completed in the alloted time I had to have Crystal Clear come to redo the windows a 4th day. The crew arrived at 10 AM and before they began, the crew chief asked for full payment and called the office with my credit card number. They began around 10:30 and left at 12 for lunch. At 2, I called the office and asked where the men were. The office manager said they were "entitled to have lunch" and when I questioned a two hour lunch, she said that they had been taken to another job site. When they returned, they worked until 3:30 and said they would return the next day. The crew chief handed me a sign off form (and a job review) and asked me to sign it. He stood in front of me and watched til I signed. When they left, I called the company and spoke to the Operations Manager. I said that not only was I surprised that I had been charged for the completed job, I had been coerced into signing off on it. Gregory H. was exceedingly accommodating and sent by email, another Certificate of Satisfaction. That was the last contact I have been given to Mr H. Repeated conversations with Dawn the office manager and Shawn (another "manager") have been most unpleasant. I have called and emailed asking for a reimbursement of the money I paid to Crystal Clear. When I spoke to Dawn today, she told me that I had approved the job and she had the signed form to prove it. She became defensive and arrogant and when questioned, she continually talked over me and interrupted. When I asked who the owner was, she gave me only his first name and three times refused to give me his last name. She hung up on three times. "Shawn was on the road, the owner out of the office and Greg was on a call and would not be calling me back." This is a NO STAR review. Except for the windows, the job was adequate. But the attitude from the office staff is unacceptable. read more

Do not use this company!! WORST experience of my life! They took complete advantage of the situation, were rude, and charged me an insane amount which was not warranted for. Please use any other ServPro but not this one!! After calling them to come out they threatened to not come at all unless I gave them a credit card over the phone. I did and they immediately charged me $500. When they arrived they then threatened to not unpack their fans and help clean up unless I paid them on the spot. They made me sign 10 different pages of documents which I did not want to sign. It was a holiday (New Years Eve) so most people were off. I wasn't sure how to handle everything with insurance so I asked them nicely to please wait to charge so I can speak with my insurance and see if they pay them or if I. They only cared about getting their money and were very unfriendly during a time of distress. They finally said okay to waiting on immediate payment but only if I gave them another credit card. I wanted to use my business card and they wouldn't let me because it was an amex. So I had to give another personal visa just for them to set up fans and leave. Within a couple of days I saw they had charged the full amount to that visa without my permission. I can go on for longer and tell you more about this horrible company but I'll bear you all the details. Just do not use this company. They're not very nice people and it's upsetting that they take advantage of people during a time of distress. read more

We hired Serv Pro of the East end to assist with an Oil Spill. We chose them over another Serv Pro franchise as they assured us that "it would be like it never happened" and that "we would keep coming back until the issue is resolved". Secondly, they even cited that a competing franchise was probation and that they were in good standing. Initially they were fair responsive in working on our oil spill. They had many strong recommendations to address the issue. Shortly after the insurance company paid them for their initial work, they stopped returning calls and finally, after numerous attempts to contact them that "We consider the job closed". Despite the fact that the house still had significant damage which they had never addressed. Further they had not even completed half the recommended services that they suggested. Lastly ,much of their work was sloppy. In repainting our floor, they painted in a substance called "quick dry" rather than adequately cleaning the area. Weeks after their work the insulation they installed was falling down from the ceiling and the paint was pealing in areas. On top of all of this, they had a 500 dollar charge to our credit card to serve as a "holder" until the insurance paid. They refused to refund it even after the insurance company paid them many thousands of dollars. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. We remained appalled that they abandoned us and of their poor craftsmanship. read more
