I couldn't say enough about the excellent care he provided. Today we saw Dr. Pinker. He was very abrupt, and was very forceful when trimming my daughters toenails. Of course she became upset, started to yell, pulled her foot away and resisted the trimming. He very harshly asked her if she wanted her nails clipped. He seemed quite agitated. He proceeded to try and trim the other foot, only finished three, and at that point she was digging her fingernails into my arm. He stated 'We don't need any of this',put the clippers down and walked out of the room! He was the most unprofessional person I've encountered in a long time. Unless you like to be treated with disrespect and insensitivity stay far, far away from this man. I would NEVER recommend him!!!

When I got there and started doing the eval, he wanted me to start the process all over. After I questioned why, after I've already done everything necessary to lead up to that point of needing the shot. His response was "so you the patient are going to tell me the dr how to practice medicine now?" and then proceeded to berat me for 5 minutes until I decided that was enough and grabbed my stuff and left. Never in my life have I ever been spoken too by a dr like this. Save yourself some heartache and go somewhere else.

I told her I was blind and couldn't use the electronic signature pad. I wasn't asking for Braille, just print copies. She refused repeatedly, and was openly mocking and antagonistic. She demanded my driver's license - it wasn't a polite request, it was a demand - and when I told her I didn't have one, she asked, "Well then, how did you get here?" She was triumphant, as if she had caught me in a lie. If it hadn't been so offensive, it would have been downright comical. I like Dr. Luzzi, but not enough to put up that level of abuse.
