The big guys gave us a song and dance about why they couldn't get to us till Monday at the earliest, and with a litany of the rigmarole they would have to do. Not Wayne--he called us back within two hours (on Friday night) and said, "I'll be there at 9 tomorrow." And he was. He also had a MUCH simpler way of getting us back up and running, at minimal expense. Bravo for him. We later hired him to excavate and wrap the lines with insulation (which the original installer should have done). He did it quickly, efficiently, and left things looking great. When he realized the line wasn't where he expected it to be, no complaints, he just shifted direction and got it done. We'd recommend him in a heartbeat.
