My son PAID to have them delivered to me and despite the fact I told the lady I work literally 2 blocks from Touch of Love (GPS says 2 minutes away), I was told my only options were for her to leave the flowers on my porch where they would sit until I got off work or I had to go to Touch of Love to pick them up myself. Again, this was despite the fact that my son paid for this service and my job is only 2 blocks from the store!!! So my son paid a hefty price for their expensive flowers and delivery and they darn near ruin it with their crappy customer service!!!! Don't recommend them to anyone!

We needed to return the coffee table we bought that day and lucked out and found one at the showroom that would work better for our situation, otherwise we would have had to pay a stiff "restocking fee" which was our only concern.
