The rough draft was published, four days before they said I could finalize the obituary ! There's a reason the Burlington Free Press is failing. Cash grab paper, because they didn't want me too, maybe shorten the Obit. They cannot sell their newspapers ! They also charged me over six hundred dollars for a small obit. There's a reason you have a one star review, Cash grabbers and liars. Now I know why seven days has many, many more obits. You should be ashamed of what was once the newspaper to read.

If you have read any of my previous posts you know that I am a customer service queen and Pop Color hits the customer service nail on the head. Print houses can be intimidating to a new designer and on top of that, I'm a self-taught one. Printing quality projects presents a whole other level of education and knowledge, Francine at Pop Color helped me right along. Her patience and willingness to show me how to set things up properly and understand a bit more about printing really had a positive impact on my experience and my design knowledge. I felt welcomed and appreciated. The print projects I have had printed here have been high quality, I have yet to have a better experience in the greater Burlington area.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable about design, paper and printing techniques (things I am not very familiar with), and were always very responsive to questions. I tried buying a necklace here yesterday and was accused of stealing. The consultant (long blonde…read morehair, maybe 30's) grabbed my bag off my shoulder and started rummaging through it while calling me a thief and yelling profanities. I tried to calmly explain to her that I was not stealing and had no intentions of stealing and yet she continued to yell profanities at me. I even gave her permission to look through my bag (after she already rummaged through it) to further prove I had nothing. She even called me a thief while I was leaving the store even though, she found nothing stolen. This was an awful experience. She was incredibly rude and I will never be shopping here again.
