The rooms were a good size. The pillows are very hard and big. The bed was comfy. The AC was good. I found the rooms quiet with beautiful views . I wish the front desk staff was a little more welcoming. They avoid eye contact. A simple greeting would have been nice. They don't look happy to be working here. The hotel is in a beautiful town. Felt like a fishing town. It has things to do nearby. It is in a great location. I would come back here again

The location and view were 5-star beautiful !! Its location high on a hillside allows amazingly beautiful views of a gorgeous bay of the breathtakingly blue Aegean Sea. Food: Lunch was typical local Turkey cuisine, tapas-like meze appetizers and nice main entree. Service: The service couldn't have been any more efficient -they obviously had prepared well for crowds on tourist buses that were lucky enough to stop here Facility: Clean and basic furnishings, with indoor and outdoor dining facilities-but great view from the outdoor tables made our experience memorable.

There is also no blow dryer for us girlies BUT the shower head is a nice touch so it's not a bad trade off - especially since we travel with a small dryer. Hahaha. Street parking is free but can be tough especially when you're parked on the hill. This place is nearby everything so don't forget to roam around before while you stay with them! Highly recommended!

Several of our group took advantage of the spa services in the hotel. We used the fitness room and were glad of it. This hotel is not located in an area in which one would easily take a walk outside; a steep driveway leads to the main gate, then you have to cross the road (across a blind curve) to reach the sidewalk. Then a 20 minute stroll to the harbor. The buffet meals here were excellent with an abundance of every flavor and type of food you could want. Would highly recommend!

The manager, Hussein, went above and beyond in helping us overcome all kinds of challenges. When we arrived in town late at night and couldn't get a taxi for the last stretch, Hussein came and retrieved us personally. When our previous guide for Ephesus fell through, Hussein arranged for us to have an excellent personal guide and taxi driver pretty much at the last minute. When we were having trouble booking a bus ticket to our next destination, again, Hussein stepped in and walked over to the bus station with us to help make sure everything went smoothly. Beyond all of this incredible service, the rooms were very comfortable, the pool was especially appreciated in the intense summer heat and the breakfast spread was quite varied and filling.

We got a room facing the pool on the first floor so we had a door that opened right out to the pool and we literally felt right at home. The room was very clean and the shower was fantastic. The room had basic amenities like a fridge, safe, hair dryer and they provide water bottles and spa-type slippers. The bed was comfortable and they provided several pillows which is great for sleeping comfort. There's a lounging area with shade right by the pool and bar, perfect to have a drink and just hang out. The water in the pool was cold but it was perfect to cool off from the intense Selçuk heat. The ambiance was so chill and relaxing. The view off the pool and outside dining area was great to watch the sunset if the clouds allowed for a nice view. The breakfast was just ok, serving the usual cheese, cold cuts, veggies, sweets etc. I didn't see anywhere mentioned whether or not they would prepare fried eggs or omelets if requested. I wish they did but since I didn't ask I can't say for sure. We also had dinner at their restaurant one night since we had an early flight the following morning. The food was ok, the baba ghanoush was a bit bland. The lamb shank and grilled whole fish were definitely better dishes. The hotel is located right next to St. John's Basilica and the Selçuk castle which are two of the main attractions in this town. The town center is also a short walk away and close to the dolmuş station where you can catch the shared white mini buses that take you to nearby Şirince for a small fee of 4TL per person.

Breakfast is 7-10, lunch is 12:30-2, snack bar is available 2-5, then at 5 baked goods come out. It's an all inclusive hotel, including alcoholic beverages. Speciality cocktails and Turkish coffee is extra but they serve machine coffee and quick blend ones which are included. Food is very good overall and there is a lot of variety from soups to salads to many choices on main entree and desert bar. At night time, there is entertainment for kids followed by adults so you ll not be bored. Notion kesre is family oriented so you ll see many many kids but hotel is big enough so you still have your privacy. It has its own private beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. They also provide beach towels so don't bring one. Rooms are cleaned daily. Staff is friendly and attentive. There is also a kids play room, gym and spa on the faculty. Beach is pretty nice, sand is fine, water is not too deep unless you go far, it's very clean, it just gets windy after 1/2 pm so wakes appear

The rooms are very nice and the service is good with friendly staff who communicate well in English. The great buffet breakfast on the top floor with its spectacular view of the harbor is probably worth the price alone. There is an internet terminal available in the lobby. I would certainly stay there if I return to Kusadasi.
