Scheduled a doctors appointment for my daughter's constipation with a different doctor hoping for another opinion. While we were checking in the Nurse asked what's wrong, I told her, then she said "Oh, we'll have to do some imaging." Before we even got to see the doctor we scheduled for we were taken to the ER and now I am facing a $2000 bill for an x-ray for poop and an opinion from the same doctor we'd already seen. I didn't want to go to the ER, if it was an urgent issue we would have, but just for constipation? My daughter struggles with it and has for 6 years. We were just hoping for another opinion than Dr. West's "Use MiraLAX every day for the rest of her life." When I tried to explain that we were there for a doctor's appointment and not an ER visit and we just wanted to see Dr. Ivan's his only response was to smile and shrug and say "Well, it happens." No. No it shouldn't happen. When you schedule a doctor visit you should get to see that doctor, not be catfished into shelling out thousands on an unnecessary ER visit. I've tried calling and emailing trying to get a hold of someone, but all I get is a work around to the same call centers who refer me back to the same call centers again. Finally they gave me an email to talk to someone with, but for the past month, I haven't been able to get a single response. Thus, the negative review. It's my only way to tell everyone else to watch out, because even if you tell them your medical history and the reason you're there, they will find the absolute most expensive way of not helping you. read more

Staff were fantastic. Newer, modern facility, that had new construction going on. Very clean and professional. Doctor was very proactive, which was a nice change. They were a bit behind but doctor called about 20 minutes after my appointment time. Having blood work done was as simple as registering at the kiosk and my sample was left behind less than 10 minutes later. Parking can be a bit limited with current construction. I love this network and even though I live out of town, it was well worth the drive. I would highly recommend this facility to all of my family not to mention my friends. read more

I switched from this clinic to another provider. When I would call the clinic the front desk people have such a control issue. For example one time I knew I had an upper respiratory infection but the reciptionist told me soonest available appt was nearly a month away and so I made that appointment but then the Dr took a personal day on my appt day so when I tried to reschedule the appointment they again said the next available time is over a month out. By this time I had really high grade fever went to Gunnison hospital was diagnosed w pneumonia. The reciptionist again when I would be close to running out of seizures meds the pharmacy faxed the clinic I then told the reciptionist that I only have few days of my meds left they on such a continuous basis would never let my PCP know they wouldn't send him any notes in the computer I found this out through the office manager on multiple times I called and astro speak w the office manager. After the reciptionist found out I was reporting them to the office manager they became so much more controlling would say both office manager are not in on any day I would call unless I got Linda the receptionist on the phone she really good at her job but otherwise the other receptionist would just blow me off and not type any notes to the Dr. The medical staff like the RN and my PCP was really helpful but it was getting pass the receptionist to get in to see the PCP. read more
