A few years back, I went in Sevier Vape (a vaping virgin, I was) to see about perhaps getting a rig that I could hang around my neck, for easy... well, easy everything. Twas the owner (I later found out) who helped/served me... no pushing, no hard-sell, no BS... at all!... she just listened to what I was interested in, and assembled it right there as we spoke. She gave me exactly what I wanted... no more, no less... and I walked out with a rig I could hang around my neck (I drive a newspaper route)(making it easily accessible, while keeping it right there with me (no danger of setting it down, and it sliding on the car seat, or falling between the seats, or being forgotten when I got out)... and it cost me less than I thought it would, too. All in all... the entire experience was a AAA+ thing for me... and I would have recommended that her boss give her a bonus, or commendation, or a day off with pay, or a free dinner for two, or something... except SHE is the boss. Sales people everywhere could learn a thing or two from her, without ANY doubt. I believe in 'calling' people/places for poor service... but likewise, praising them for superior service... and Sevier Vaping won an 'Atta-boy' from me that day. Awesome customer service. I visited the Pigeon Forge store because my normal store was not open late -(THANK YOU). But my point is that even though the store did not carry my liquid (Holo Sub Zero) the employee Rocco helped me buy a new device. I like the new device and him so much that I drove back to the Pigeon forge location even though I live in Gatlinburg - and I bough another one of the Aspires because of Rocco. There is no question that vaping has become an extremely popular alternative for those looking to quit using tobacco products. I have visited Sevier Vapor on several different occasions, and everyone working here has always been extremely helpful. I was initially overwhelmed because this was the first vape shop that I had ever visited and because they seem to have an endless of selection of everything one may need. On my first visit, I explained what I was looking for in terms of a vape setup, and the employees took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. They made several recommendations based on my needs and budget, and I never felt that they were trying to push me into a more expensive setup that I wasn't quite ready for.
