    Admittedly, my previous experience had been really bad, but I have since taken another vehicle in for issues and I feel like they did a good job, so I am bumping this up to four stars. I can't go to five simply because of the issues I had before, but this experience was much better. Samantha is a great service advisor. When you have somebody that handles your repair case well, it makes a big difference.

    A salesperson who does what they say they're gonna do??? NOPE! Wayyyy better! Kay, treated us like persons should be treated! Not like "customers" or "a potential sale" or any of those things that make car buying awful. I can't wipe the smile from my face! Kay made car buying FUN! He was patient and kind, understanding and never made us feel rushed. He answered all our 1000 questions, probably some of them more than once. Kay personifies what Sewell says they are. Call us believers. We proudly drive a Sewell Subaru Forester.

    Had to trade in Lexi after dealing with stuff since April 1. She was having major i$$ue$!! All the folks from Sewell Lexus to Sewell Subaru were awesome. You hear all the commercials bragging about their customer service? We are here to tell you it's no lie!! They went above and beyond to make this situation right! Lexus GM , Dan Frogg was hands on. Marla Hernandez, Lexus Tech was first class. Always staying in touch and updating all the way. A loaner car x 3 months. What place does that?? Then Austin Flowers at Sewell Subaru...so nice, explaining everything. Such a smooth transaction with this sell. No pressure at all. I am sold on Sewell Lexus and Sewell Subaru!!

    New Car!

    Purchasing my first vehicle was one of the most difficult things I've ever done. The brutal fixation on determining the perfect vehicle, the obsession with finding the right price, the stress of such a large purchase. For a series of events with so little physical demand the sheer exhaustion of it nearly drove me to madness. At the end of my journey I discovered Sewell Subaru and Austin (my salesman). All of those negative sensations went away. I got to enjoy the beauty of my vehicle, the approach to independence, and the peace of mind knowing I was getting that for a fair price! I don't know when I'll be purchasing another vehicle. I don't know when I might need to service this one. I do know I'll be doing those things here! Thanks again Austin! You really were my hero in a very stressful set of events.

    Easily the best dealership I've ever been to and the kindest car salesman I've ever worked with. This dealership clearly values service and customer happiness, and they aren't in the business of price politics. What you see is what you get (very little haggling which I appreciate), and it's a true testament to paying for what you want. Want a car that looks great, feels great, runs great, and lasts? Sewell Subaru is a good start. Want a car with four wheels that goes forwards and backwards? Lemmon Ave has a bunch of spots to help you out ;) Hayden is easily the kindest car salesman I've ever worked with. From the first interaction to today, in which my husband bought a car from him, I have felt respected, valued, and genuinely pleased each step of the way. Ask for Hayden if you get the chance! He is so polite, warm, and helpful.

On Monday, March 9, 2026, I visited the dealership with my mother to look at a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE that we were interested in purchasing for her. We worked with a salesperson named Keith, who showed us the vehicle and took us on a test drive. After the test drive, my mother decided she wanted the car and we clearly communicated to Keith that we were ready to buy it. He even congratulated my mother on the purchase, which gave us every reason to believe the deal was essentially secured. Because it was already past the dealership's closing time, I told Keith we could return the next morning to finalize everything. He agreed and told us that would be perfectly fine. The next day (Tuesday), I sent Keith all of the information he requested so we could move forward with the purchase. Hours went by and I did not hear back from him. I finally called around 5:30 PM, and Keith told me they were conducting a hail drill and that all vehicles had been moved inside, so he could not access the GLE. He said we would have to finalize everything Wednesday morning instead. Unfortunately I could not personally go Wednesday, so my brother took my mother to the dealership on Wednesday, March 11 to complete the purchase. That is when we were told something shocking: they could not sell us the vehicle because someone had supposedly placed a deposit on it the previous week. This makes absolutely no sense and is extremely frustrating for several reasons: 1. We spent three days working directly with Keith about this exact vehicle. 2. At no point did he ever mention there was an existing deposit on the car. 3. He allowed us to test drive it, told us we could buy it, and even congratulated my mother. 4. Because we believed the purchase was happening, we passed on other vehicles we were considering. If there truly was a deposit already placed on the vehicle the week before, that information should have been disclosed immediately on Monday before we ever took a test drive or discussed buying the car. The situation ultimately wasted several days of our time and created unnecessary frustration for my mother. What makes the situation even worse is that we did not receive so much as a courtesy apology from management for the confusion and poor communication. For a dealership that markets itself as a premium luxury car buying experience, this level of professionalism and transparency is extremely disappointing. Whether this was due to poor communication, disorganization, or something else entirely, the end result is the same: our time was wasted and expectations were set that the dealership could not fulfill. I hope Park Place Motorcars Dallas takes situations like this seriously and improves their communication and sales processes so other customers do not have the same experience.

Our friends referred us to David Keilson. the night before and suggested we give him a call. We reached out the next morning, asked if he had a GX 550 available, and from there, everything moved seamlessly. When we arrived, David greeted us, had the vehicle ready, handed us the keys, and simply said, "Take it for a drive." We had visited two other dealerships prior to this, and not one of them offered that level of trust or ease with a test drive. After our drive, David took the time to ask about our experience and walked us through the benefits of purchasing from Sewell. Before leaving, David and Jan also walked us through the technology in the vehicle, making sure we felt comfortable and confident with all the features. Since our purchase, we've returned for car washes, and both David and Jan have made a point to say hello and check in to ensure we're still happy with everything. We've had the best experience and will absolutely be back to work with David and the team at Sewell again.

    On May 2nd I came in & purchased a used 2024 Lexus NX from Sewell Lexus Dallas expecting the…read morepremium customer service and Certified Pre-Owned experience the Sewell name is known for, but unfortunately my experience fell far short of that standard. I originally came in specifically for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that was advertised online as CPO. After arriving at the dealership, I was informed the vehicle was actually not certified and only had around 500 miles remaining on the factory warranty. Despite that, the pricing remained consistent with what would typically be expected for a certified vehicle, and I was then encouraged to purchase an additional $3,000 extended warranty instead. As a buyer, that was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. On top of that, several promises made during the sales process were not properly followed through on, including the tint request. Communication throughout the process was poor, and expectations were not clearly managed. The vehicle also was not thoroughly detailed before delivery, as I am still finding personal belongings and food debris from the previous owner under the seats and floor mats. I want to be clear that my frustration is more with the dealership process than with any one individual employee. However, attention to detail, transparency, and follow-through are exactly why customers choose Sewell and pay Sewell-level prices. While I did end up getting the car I wanted I came in expecting exceptional service and a true Certified Pre-Owned buying experience, and unfortunately left with neither.

He actually listened to what our family needed and made the experience feel relaxed and personal. Behind the scenes, Nick helped structure everything so the numbers worked -- and somehow our monthly payment didn't increase, even with the upgrade to a full-size Expedition. That mattered to us. The whole process felt straightforward and honest. No games. No surprises. Just people who know what they're doing and care about getting it right. We brought the Expedition home and our kids looked like it was Christmas morning. Nicolle is still talking about how smooth everything went. After this experience, we wouldn't buy a vehicle anywhere else but Planet Ford Dallas. Chuy and Nick earned that loyalty.

I had a problem and asked a Manager to call me ( a customer ) never received a call. Check the service records ... the truck has never come back to you for that reason. It You had a 2 door Bronco that I thought I might buy. Not $7k over. The internet shows the same vehicle. Totally different price. I really at this point well decide not to do business with you all. I'll give a different dealership My money in lieu of being disrespected a second time. Plan on my reviews coming. Regards
