I was working with my own lender for financing. It was very difficult for the finance department to get the information they needed from the dealer. The finance company approved the loan but the initial down payment they were requesting changed due to the fact the boat was way over the NADA guide price. I let the dealer know that because of the terms of the loan I would not be proceeding and I would like my deposit back. I emailed, called and they ignored me. I finally got a hold of the owner on the phone and he refused to refund me and said *I had just changed my mind*He continued to raise his voice and hung up on me. I had the lender email the dealer and explain that the financing was changed due to the price of the boat being priced over the NADA guide. I also applied to another finance company and they wouldn't even approve the loan based on the boat price. I have filed formal complaints with State of Utah Dept of commerce, Utah Dept of motor vehicles enforcement *governs dealers* along with the BBB Ironically a couple weeks later the dealer lowered the price on the boat! DO NOT PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT THEY ARE THE MOST CORRUPT DEALER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

They not only fixed the self induced problem, they were also able to look deeper into another issue that was caused by another shop. Our search was over. Jim and Tyler were Amaizing answering all our questions about the engines what type of gas and so on. We knew exactly what we were purchasing and how much it was going to cost. thanks to them. We decided to add the fishing package to the boat at an extra cost. Tyler and Jim ordered all the equipment that was needed and did an awesome job installing it all. Jim also said he would install my fish finder for free in the front dash. It was a perfect fit. I did not trust what the owner said so I took it to another shop and boy did they find a lot wrong with everything I ask this shop to do for thousands of dollars they are not qualified to work on audio. Please learn from my mistake of dealing with this shop I promise you you will get scammed he's done it to multiple customers. They over heard my issues in the shop and pulled me aside in parking lot and expressed the same feelings that I had about this shop. Please be aware they are no good. I got lied too left and right and my boat stayed there for a month and two weeks and nothing was getting done or taken care of at all I give this shop a zero out of 10 please be aware and please be careful when dealing with this shop. Then said the seized cable was all repaired. Got to the lake and the steering was worse than when the boat was dropped off. We did a whole steering replacement on the lake. Bolts were never undone to the steering box. Couldn't even take steering box apart. So how did the mechanic know there was a broken tooth? His lie cost us $500 extra dollars and two days on the lake. Never use this guy.
