She turned your work around in 2 to 3 days typically although if you need it faster you can ask for a rush. I'm not sure if she charges more for that or not. I was very pleased with the work that she did for me. A tale tale sign is always getting your Waze taken in and if they simply don't take the waist off and throw On darts that is not a customized alteration. Again I am very pleased with her work she is a very sweet older lady and I would highly recommend their! business

I've gotten charged ($40 & $50) so I'm not exact on their pricing. The quality of the work was good though each time. Due to timing and location they are convenient for me as to why I come back. I definitely would bring in several pants if they weren't $40-50 apiece on top of what I paid for so in the mean time I'll be back when i have an requires me to actually to do so. The times listed on the doors are wrong they open at 8am and close at 4pm.

I told her anytime that week would be fine just let me know. At that point she said that I would need to call for an appointment. So...I called and only got a voicemail message. I left a message for a return call but did not receive a call back until after 10:00 am the following morning. I certainly got the impression that she did not have time for me or just didn't want to be bothered. Either way, I found another seamstress that was happy to have my business.

It was pricier than expected however we live in an era where everything had gone up. I gave them 4 stars because of their confidence level when I first messaged them. Other than those issues I'm satisfied with the results to repair my military jacket.

I found this young unqualified man's comment to be offensive to try to cover up a lack of skills. I ended up going somewhere else that had no issues fixing my items.
