A friend recommended Meagan with Emotive Photography. We are so glad she did!! Meagan suggested a beautiful location with quick access to the beach, so our Grandparents would not have a long walk. She communicated with us from the booking of the appointment up until the shoot, on several occasions. We had a possibly of rain, so she came up with a Plan B. Luckily, we were able to proceed with Plan A, beating the rain by minutes. She took time to patiently work with each member of my family to ensure everyone got the shots they wanted, with each other and the entire group. We initially reached out to her via on Facebook Messenger and she called us back within 24 hours - if not sooner. From our first meeting to the actual wedding date, she was beyond flexible, courteous, full of ideas and her work was/is spotless. She has multiple packages to choose from. The package we chose included engagement pictures and a second photographer. For our engagement pictures, we spoke on the phone, through text and emails and shared our ideas of where we'd like to get them done. She was able to take our vision and put it into reality. We had our dog and my son also join us and to have our whole family be in our engagement photos meant the world to us. Kimberly was beyond patient and accommodating. Throughout the whole process, she kept in contact with us, if something changed she kept us up to date. My son iis not the most cooperative in taking pictures and as a matter of fact we had had his pictures done elsewhere first. they were very disappointing, so we contacted Chris. What a difference. He took the time to work with my son and capture my son and who he is beautifully. He even got him to smile naturally. Which is not easy. My son enjoyed working with him and loved all his ideas. I had hoped for 2-3 great pictures but what i got was over 200 AMAZING ones. We will never use another photographer for our family. There are none as talented as him!

This experience was miserable…read more I should have be weary this of photographer since she had no reviews and I did not have a reference. But, Lena's website looked nice so I messaged her about a Unicorn themed photoshoot for a child, and she text me on July 12, 2023. Step one was to lock in date or Aug 18, with $75 per her contract, so that was done and date was reserved. Lena got into contact with me, thanked me sent me contract and said she would send specifics about the photoshoot closer to the date as we were about 5 weeks out. Per her contract, I had to pay for the remaining $325, ($400 total for session) prior to photoshoot, which I did on July 16. I don't hear from her for three and a half weeks and on Aug 8, within a week and a half of scheduled session, and after being paid in full, all the problems on Lena's end began. Starting with the changing of the date, the actual horse being used, Lena trying to shortened the paid time slot once she lost the first location in Chuluota, Lena wanted to change to a new location in Geneva, which made it an hour and a half further away from me to drive one way! Lena had very limited decor and no props. Only one usable horse crown, two in total actually but one wasn't available Lena said. So one headband to use and one color flower wreath for the horse. Lena was so unorganized and unprofessional. The photos Lena was showing me as examples that were what I was hoping for, where not even photographed by her, but another photographer. To make everything worse she said she would refund the money in full. As of October, months later did not "because of all the work she had to do." Lena did nothing but reschedule and change everything last minute because she couldn't deliver what was paid for in full weeks earlier Not one part of her job did she do professionally, correctly, smoothly or respectfully. I can not understand how she felt entitled to money she didn't deserve. I wish I would have had any inclination as to how this disaster was going to be played out but as she is not a business she cannot be reported to the BBB. She doesn't have a license for this profession so there is no telling how many times she has done this before. Since she did not refund me any of the money on her own, my bank was notified and did a reversal. Turns out that not all the money was going to be returned because of "ME" allegedly breaking the contract of the date paid for. Her words in the letter of her side of the story. This will all now be sent to the bank to be sorted out in an investigation. The worst part is that this experience tried to affect my daughter's birthday experience. That is completely shameful. I hope no one else has to deal with this kind of situation. It was completely disappointing.

Khim is AMAZING! I…read morecontemplated doing a boudoir shoot to have a little something special to give my husband on our wedding day and was reluctant at first, that is until I read Khim's reviews. I mean it's not every day that I undress in front of a total stranger and enjoy having photos taken of myself, but after initially speaking with Khim, she eased all of my anxieties and concerns and patiently answered every question I had. Prior to our appointment she also gave me some tips and tricks to prepare for our shoot, which made that day run so smoothly. The morning of our shoot, I pointed out areas that I was self conscious about, but Khim's professionalism and confidence in me made me feel so empowered. Having my hair and makeup done by her makeup artist, Tania, was relaxing and made me feel (and look) beautiful! During the shoot, Khim was so great at directing and guiding me into poses. She truly has an eye and talent for capturing your very best angles!! After a couple of poses she showed me a few frames and I was stunned at how gorgeous the photos were, which only made me feel even more confident as we continued. After the photoshoot, Khim was so quick at editing and met with me to look over the images in an hour! If you are contemplating a boudoir shoot for someone special or yourself...call Khim!!!
