Long story short, after dealing with a lot of reputable and unrepeatable companies I landed on The Tree Guy. You will definitely pay for their equipment and expertise but it's a great balance of fairness and peace of mind. They are taking care of their employees and your property. Safety was a concern for me and also a concern for them.

I didn't ask for a special price, but I believed the price he quoted me was a good one. Before they finished cutting down the trees involved, the crew packed up and left, Hayden would tell me that he would come back another time. He changed his story, and then told me it wasn't worth his time to bring his equipment back for a couple of remaining trees. He got his payment in full up front. He shafted me, forcing me to find another individual with equipment to come on to my property and to finish the job. Disappointed does not begin to say how it worked out for me. Untrustworthy, dishonest, no sense of being a good businessman. One star is too many stars for Hayden and Arbor Plus llc, but that's how it goes.

In April of 2023 him and his crew came out to do our neighbors and our work all the same day. Hayden left the site and returned after his guys had driven away down the road without cutting a big limb they were supposed to trim that overhangs over our neighbors house and without finishing the trim on our large tree leaving several extremely obvious dead branches. He strung us along for a few months about when he was coming back out to finish and then eventually completely stopped responding to us. Left a review on Facebook and he finally responded basically saying he cut us a "deal" and why would he bring thousands of dollars worth of equipment back out for just a few dead branches. First of all, I didn't ask for a deal. Second, if I knew this "deal" meant he would use it as an excuse to take our money and never complete the job then I wouldn't have went with hus company for the job. Extremely unprofessional, arrogant and immature. 0/10 do not recommend.
