We are truly blessed to have them shepherd us. This holy week marks our 100th consecutive outdoor Sunday Mass. We never missed a beat during the pandemic. No matter what the weather, our outdoor Mass was a "full house", held in the church parking lot, with a fantastic outdoor speaker system, full music, and parking space social distancing. Led in attendance by Jesus Christ, parishioners were served by the full parish clergy; Pastor- Fr. DiPerri, Fr. Pham, and our wonderful Deacons. This Church is all about the money their members have & about the things of this world, the very things the Bible tells you not to worship.

Yes you do have to give up most of your weekend, and it's a lot to take in for a day and a half, but I think we got a decent amount out of it too. Most of the sharing is between just you and your fiancé, and they don't call you out to share with the group if you don't want to speak. I was surprised that there were 55 couples there. We were expecting it to be much smaller. The larger group was good, because there were other people who brought up issues that may also effect other couples in the group. There were three married couples plus Fr. Bob who gave presentations throughout the weekend, and after each presentation you would do worksheets alone and then meet with your fiancé to discuss with each other privately. Other than that there was one case study each day that you would talk about in small groups, but we feel that we didn't get much out of the case studies. They had muffins, bagels, coffee, chips etc. available to snake on, and they fed us lunch on Sunday. It all wraps up with mass on Sunday afternoon around 5:00. My advice would be to come in with an open mind, and work through the exercises honestly with your partner. It's like anything else; you will get out of it what you put in.

The denomination is the same as the High Rock Churches, Evangelical Covenant based in Chicago. The denomination is affiliated with the Pilgrim Pines Conference Center/Camp Squanto in Keene NH.
