The call center (over seas no less) told me that the warranty I purchased from Best Buy will not provide any repair services until the 1 yr Samsung warranty has run. They gave me the "Customer Service" number for Samsung (which is closed) and I have to have the TV serviced through them. Wish they had told me how this works up front. Now I have to deal with Samsung to get a repair. This is non-sense. Why did I pay Best Buy nearly $200.00 for a warranty that does not kick in until Samsungs's warranty expires. On a sat I bought a 77" TV and purchased delivery and install on my wall. The time was scheduled between 11am-2pm. On Delivery day (which i took off for I heard nothing thru 2:30pm and called them. After several attempts i finally got through and they told me that my delivery was cancelled because they didn't get the TV from the warehouse to the store for pickup and have to rescheule to the following week on Wed. Needless to say, i was livid. After 20 min of sorting through this fiasco, i cancelled the entire purchase, including delivery and purchased the TV somewhere else that delivery it, sooner and on time. The worst part of all this is, they "Never" called, text or emailed me of any problems. They just ghosted me after tuesdays text message confirming they'll on time for the original day/time. I will NOT buy anything else from BB that i can't walk out of the store with myself.

On top of the obvious price gouging and unwillingness to work with me, they also failed miserably in communicating on a project with a crystal clear timetable. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is that they did a little tile work for me after I switched to HFS and I am happy with the quality of their tile work. I called on his cell phone.) He came out and measured the area, and I expressed an interest in one particular carpet, but I also wanted to see some other less expensive choices. We set an appointment for the following Monday at which he would have estimates for us. When we arrived, he had done nothing. He didn't have a square footage number, he didn't have a cost for the carpet we had asked about, and he couldn't tell us the price of any of the carpets he had in the showroom. We picked out two (hoping they were within our price range) and he agreed to email the estimate that afternoon. Five days later we have no email, no phone call ... nothing. I believe that Arlun works more with builders, who tell homeowners to go in and pick from a certain range of carpets; it is clear to me that they are not interested in the business of individual homeowners. Don't frustrate yourself by trying to do business with these people.

The employee makes eye contact with me, looks away, shuts and locks the door in my face as I say hello. There is no issue with asking customers to make reservations. It's the fact that an employee shut and locked the door in my face. Not an ounce of customer service, she should have just said "reservations only." To completely ignore a confused customer by shutting the door in their face is unprofessional and signals poor priorities. Not saying they're bad at what they do, just that they don't care about customers.
