$14 for the cheapest, most basic wash with prices going up to $30 for a single car wash?? It better be the best basic car wash ever!.... Well, it wasn't. I swear my car was only washed for 30 seconds and only dried for 5 seconds. Water droplets were still all over my car. I don't get car washes often so I wasn't aware how much they have increased in price, but my car was covered in snow and ice and needed some help so I was desperate. 3 stars because my car didn't get damaged and the staff seemed nice. read more

Sergeant cleans Car wash in Green is the worst car wash I've ever been to. 8 out of 10 times I go there, there's a problem with our monthly subscription payments ang getting the gate to read the QR Code sticker they put on my vehicle. The wash doesn't work properly, went through one timr and it didn't drop any soap, and the brushes scratched both sides of my vehicle. The manager had no interest in looking at the damage that had done to my vehicle. I use interior cleaning and they only use about half of the time they advertise to clean the interior, what little cleaning in dine is terrible. The cleaning crew can't even get the floor mats back in the car on the right sides. The kids at work at the car wash could care less about quality or service. The management is even worse. When I went to talk with the manager, he was playing video games on his computer and apparently was too busy to listen to what problems we were having at the car wash. I'm surprised this manager can manage getting himself to work each day. Absolutely no customer service and no quality. My wife takes her vehivle there as well and is having the same issues I am having. Cancelled both of our subscriptions and will never go back again. read more

Do not trust when they say your membership under a certain promotion is good for the duration of the car. This has happened to me twice. I signed up at their opening for a certain cost for the duration of owning the car. They increased the rates so I canceled. I signed up again summer 2024 with another guarantee that the rate would stay the same for the duration of the car. It was a special promotion apparently. I was skeptical but several employees over the years confirmed the rate. My rates just went up again!! Unless I take a video of somebody or have it in writing, there is no guarantee that they won't change the rules on you. All the managers do when you call is make up a story! Buyer beware. read more

I was beyond disappointed. I went here a couple months ago and it was 11 dollars for a single wash and there was cleaning supplies for me to clean my interior. Yesterday I went over and they charged me 14 dollars for a single wash. At first I was like okay they upped their prices because they have good supplies. I was wrong. The car wash its self didn't clean my car efficiently or even dry it. Then I get to the vacuums and they're good but they didn't have a single bottle of cleaner for me to clean the interior of my car. So they up the price for less resources, I think not. Mod wash is 1,000 times better. These people will not get my money again. read more

I've come here 3x now and don't think I will be back. First visit was fine. Just a mediocre car wash. Second time it ripped the trim off my driver side door and was told sorry we aren't reliable for damages to your car. And then lastly decided I'd just use the self serve wash since it was $5 but the machine didn't work. You couldn't spin the dial and when you finally got it to budge it didn't perform any of the functions it said. The manager came and tried to fix it and was unable to. Moved me to the bay next door and said I'd be good to go but only turned on the water and soap and I wasn't able to use the brush to actually clean my car... at least I got the free vacuum. read more

Not only do they do excellent work here at Splash 'n Dash, they are quality people. I can't say enough about the quality of work here. I've gone in for quick drive through washes with a towel dry and had them to a full inside and out detail job and I've never been disappointed. They get every detail and I've honestly left with my car looking better than when I picked it up from the dealer. I've also used them extensively for oil changes and they've also done a fantastic job with it. read more

Splash N Dash was exceptional at customer service. They have been sold to Sgt Clean Car Wash. The staff are still nice however the towel drying is GONE. New equipment is great but I'd never pay the same monthly rate for "more blow drying " in replacement of towels. Dad's Car Wash was recently sold and they are still hand drying cars at a somewhat better price. Towel drying makes or breaks it for me. read more

WOW!! The car washes are excellent, but I can't say enough good about how honest and professional the maintenance techs are. I went for an oil change and also asked for a tire rotation, and they came out just to let me know the treads were all still even. I'm sure the dealership would've came up with a reason to try and take advantage of a woman who doesn't know everything about cars, so I was floored by their honesty. I also had a taillight out and they didn't even charge me to replace it. They also applied a discount for being a wash club member. For $30 I almost felt like I was getting away with highway robbery. If you're not part of the wash club, it's well worth the money! Keeps your car looking so clean, even the Summit County Sheriffs go to them! I wouldn't hesitate to go to them for a detail as well. Splash 'n' Dash is gone. There is nothing about what replaced it (Sgt Clean) even remotely similar. In our family, we laughingly call the whirring brushes "Car Scratches." However, there is great news. FOUR touch-free washes just opened within a few miles of the defunct Splash 'n' Dash. And what's even better? These new washes are using the identical equipment that Splash 'n' Dash used before being bought out and converted (downgraded). This touch-free equipment is also sourced from Petit's. It's impossible to patronize a whirring brush wash after decades of error-free touch-free service. I've tried two of the new touch-frees and they worked great. I can relax again in the wash and I'm confident that my car is getting clean. I don't even have to think about what whirring brushes and dirt could be doing to my car's beautiful painted finish. read more

This is the worst car wash and it's a rip off. I pay less at Sax fifth car wash in Columbus and my car sparkles. I paid extra for tires and for the hand towel dry but they refused to wipe off my rims. It's a total rip off. How can you charge for a tire service and for hand towel dry and then let the car driveway with dirty rims it makes no sense to me. Don't fall for the scam. Find another car wash that actually cares about washing the entire car. read more

Best car wash in Akron/Canton area. I drive up from North Canton just to get my cars washed here it is that that good. Dads Car Wash in North Canton and Jackson area scratched the hell of of my car with their cloth brushes. This place doesn't use brushes and unlike other touch less car washes when you leave it is clean all over and not just on the flat surfaces. If you want a cheap car wash run it through a gas station wash but if you want a quality job and clean car this place is the only choice. read more

I go to this car wash a lot on my days working nearby. Everyone here is friendly. A plus is that if you select the towel dry opinion, the crew at the end not only wipes down your car, but also wipes out the door jambs. I usually get the $14 wash which includes the chassis bath, rust inhibitor, and rain x, and the through towel dry. I find this reasonable compared to some of the other washes I have been. read more

I've only used the self service bays, which I'm impressed with. Every mode is operational and the actual machine in the bay takes paper money, so no more saving up all your quarters. All the cars that come out of the automatic look great. read more

Worst car wash I have ever got. I thought they do good job after going through reviews but I am wrong. I went with lot of hopes but was disappointed after I got inside cleaning done. They did not properly vacuum and wipe. all the dust in corners was still there and they did not even touch door edges and trunk at all. These places cannot be cleaned when you do outside wash. Moreover their charges are expensive $15.99 just for inside cleaning alone which is not worth for the job they do. They should clean well irrespective of whether we check or not. Brought my Chevy Astro, all white, conversion van to Splash 'n Dash today (12/12/15) for a good cleaning. When I returned home I was delighted with the sparkling clean van. However, a friend noticed that the top of the van was still very dirty (it has the extra tall top that many conversion vans have). I immediately called and talked to Mark, and he said to bring the van back and they would make sure the top was as clean as the rest of the van. He took the time to spray the top (front, back and sides) with extra cleaner, gave me a token for another wash and took the time to soap it thoroughly before it went through another wash cycle. I was very pleased with the customer service and attention to detail that the employees of Splash 'n Dash exhibited. They made my day! read more
