Jim said that in the first year of quarterly treatments, the weeds would dwindle and the grass would start becoming richer and thicker. All of that happened. The cost for their services were very fair and they certainly saved us endless hours of trying to accomplish the same level of success - which we failed at miserably for three years prior. When we purchased the house in 2013, the backyard was bare. Five landscapers tried to grow grass and no one could. As you can see from the attached pictures, and after we cleared a lot of rocks in the backyard, Jim's team miraculously made the backyard into a carpet. They showed up late, when they decided to show up, and seemed more interested in their phones than in doing any actual work. What little work they did manage to complete was sloppy, rushed, and nothing close to what was agreed upon. The yard looked worse when they left than when they arrived. Uneven edging, random patches of dead grass, and plants that looked like they were dug out of someone else's trash pile. When I brought my concerns to the owner, he was dismissive, rude, and acted like I was the problem for expecting professionalism. Communication was a nightmare, deadlines were ignored, and the "finished" product was embarrassing. I ended up hiring another company to redo almost everything they touched, at double the cost. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Do NOT hire this company under any circumstances. You'll regret it the moment they step onto your property.
